ผู้ดูแลคุณ Bailey ให้บริการดีเยี่ยมและเอาใจใส่มากครับ/ค่ะ ตอนเช็คอินเห็นว่ามีเด็กเล็กก็รีบให้แผนกแม่บ้านช่วยต่อเตียงให้ทันที และสอบถามว่าต้องการรั้วกั้นเตียงไหม รวมถึงลงทะเบียนป้ายทะเบียนรถให้ด้วย หลังจากเช็คอินแล้วก็ยังคอยสอบถามความต้องการของเราอยู่เสมอ และช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้ได้อย่างทันท่วงที ห้องพักสะอาดมากครับ/ค่ะ และเตียงนอนก็นอนสบายมากครับ/ค่ะ มีเพียงจุดเดียวที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงเพื่อให้น่าจะดียิ่งขึ้นครับ/ค่ะ คือประตูหน้าของห้องอาบน้ำถ้าเปียกแล้วจะแห้งยากครับ/ค่ะ น่าจะลื่นได้ง่าย เวลาอาบน้ำให้เด็กเล็กมักจะมีน้ำกระเด็นออกมาเยอะเลยครับ/ค่ะ ถ้ามีแผ่นรองวางไว้ให้จะดีขึ้นไหมครับ/คะ

Excellent choice for family trip with kids younger than 10 years old. Very good services with one on one wechat service with Kelly.

We enjoyed 2 nights family trip with two kids this summer. For the location, it takes almost 2 hours by car from Shenzhen, a big far away from the main city but I feel relaxed and good fresh air from the countryside. The hotel has facilities like water park, swimming pool, indoor playground, 62 hot springs (next to the hotel) which fully occupies our both kids during our stay. We didn’t leave our hotel and spent our breakfast and dinner buffets (both came with the hotel package with trip.com, quite a good deal), we had a 2-5 set lunch in hotel’s Chinese restaurant, the quality is quite good and not pricy. There’s an outdoor pool in our balcony, we had a family hot springs moment after back to the room after our buffet dinner, very peaceful and good time with family. It feels like we were in japan but in a very reasonable price in this hotel. Free drinks and fruits were provided around the water park and hot springs area which credits for their services. Thank you for the wonderful service and facilities during our stay.

Very good hotel for family trip, fantastic hot spring pool and nice mountain views, our rooms are clean and very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Specially thanks hotel staff Lucy and 陈师傅. The only downside is hotel location, my advise to traveller is do some research first or call hotel staff on how to get to the hotel

Location is good. The entrance construction starts in the morning. It's noisy. Children like water park. We entered 19:40 resturant, some food no have. They are doing crab festival. I found empty, I request some crab for child. Worker said no have. I explain it is too fast if no have stock. She said no have ,looks like angry for me and return to kitchen and see me about 1 minute. I never seen like this resturant. In this case, normally said i am sorry but...

孩子想去玩水 指明要來温德姆這個酒店玩 湊巧7月前有優惠 帶着2娃來玩 小童玩水區都很淺 但遊樂設施很多 還有漂流 樓上10樓有懸空泳池 拍照好看 3樓也有小童遊樂區的 1樓2樓都有餐廳 有自助餐也可以點餐 價格也不貴 優惠實惠 酒店管家kelly 很盡責 遊玩攻略和幫忙登記車牌號免費出入 也有關心是否需要添加物品 還升級了房間 帶娃出行首選

房間寬敞，孩子玩得開心，晚上還有自助晚餐，品類也多，吃得超滿足。服務人員特別貼心，給Bailey點贊，主動提供酒店遊玩注意事項，孩子超高，幫忙申請了孩子的自助晚餐。環境安靜，住起來很舒服。下次還會再來，適合帶娃。

強烈推薦南崑山温德姆！管家Bailey的服務真的太加分了！提前溝通入住訊息，到店全程協助，有問題找她都能秒回解決，非常專業又耐心。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，整體體驗感拉滿，是一次超棒的度假體驗，給Bailey和酒店滿分好評！

進入酒店大堂感覺非常大氣上檔次，前台Carry熱情接待了我們，非常貼心有禮，並主動幫我登記有關免費停車服務，還按照我的需求給予升級大床房，有種賓至如歸的感覺，感謝Carry！！另外，酒店管理很好，服務設施完善，房間乾淨衞生，功能區域區分細緻，温泉區和無邊泳池體驗感都非常滿意，餐飲琳羅滿目，選擇多也好吃，餐廳環境極佳。

房間裝修有點太舊了，是時候翻新一下了。然後玩水樂園和酒店如果有直通連廊體驗感可能更好，玩完水想回房間洗澡還要穿過大堂感覺不太方便[破涕為笑]， 衞生：水樂園的滑梯在一些膠片脱落了，應該是老化掉渣了 環境：環境還是挺安靜的，平日人很少 設施：小童設施很多，孩子很喜歡，免費和收費的都去了，區別在於衞生狀況和麪積大小，免費的裏面部分玩具破損了，收費的建議可以增加一些玩樂項目 服務：服務給滿分，每個工作人員都很認真負責，前台Carry 服務很好，認真回覆客人的訊息！
