Newly remodeled hotel that still
Lacked some modern comforts. The cooling system was subpar, thankfully it was winter. No phone plug ins unless you have a cube and even then only one side of the bed had an outlet. Our toilet seat was chipped and our room was missing one of the remotes. The space and TV’s were nice but didn’t make up for the other deficits. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Disappointed.

Concierge away from desk when arriving for check in during both recent stays.
Did not use limited breakfast buffet.
Very warm in room with long time gl fire effective cooling achieved. (This was a winter stay)

This hotel was lovely, super affordable and very comfortable and clean. The one downside was that the first 3 days we were there the breakfast was VERY LIMITED to grab and go, and even that wasn’t restocked. A woman who works there stated “the usual kitchen person didn’t show so .. oh well this is the best we can do” when a cute little kid asked for something. I get staffing can be tough if some one doesn’t show up, but working in hospitality and service industry my whole life, that’s when a manager steps up to heat the precooked sausages, eggs and grab batter for the pancake machine… disappointing during Chris**as time to say the least … other than that the hotel is great and I am sure when they have someone to heat the food, it’s even better. Just urked a lot of folks that no one else could step up

Every person working there was extremely nice and went out of their way for me. The breakfast was excellent! Best one I’ve had at a suite hotel

Pros: Helpful staff. We were late for breakfast and staff held some food for us. Nearby restaurants.
Nice big rooms.
Cons: charged $5 per day for parking. This is one of those annoying add-on fees that seems like a blatant money grab. The area is suburban with a spacious parking lot.

Best stay in Colorado. Would definitely stay again. We were checked in by Sarai. Top notch person taking care of our every need. Friendly and professional. She should be promoted to train others on how to treat customers right!

This little property was a nice surprise. The price was great and we slept very well on their very comfortable bed. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was also quite good.

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Hot eggs, simple omelettes, sausage patties, potatoes and waffles were a nice addition to a basic breakfast.

The first room we were assigned had a very dirty floor and dirt on the sheets. The assistant general manager was great and immediately got us a new room and comped our first nights stay. In our new room, there was an extremely cold draft and the staff member I talked to said our only option would be to stack all of our luggage and stuff in front of the door then draft was coming from and hoped that would help. Unfortunately it wasn’t very successful and we struggled to keep the room, especially at ground level, warm enough.
