Friendly staff, private, i like it Good area, clean , toilet very comfortable, Everything is perfect

To start everytime you need to go out of this hotel you need to ring a bell to come in again which is completely annoying. As I'm preparing my PhD sometimes I work overnight and need to take short walks in between. The guy who works there said I was disturbing the other guests for pressing the bell. So it doesn't make much sense. When I arrive the lady in the reception charged me again despite having paid it online. And to finish the cleaning is the worst. Behind the TV which wasn't working had so much dust that probably is sitting there for more than a year.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is disgusting nearly unbeatable. The hole place smells horrible. The so called staff are the most rudest people out. The rooms are filthy. The hole place is a run down hole. PLEASE WAT EVA YOU DO PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS 💯 worst experience Eva

I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was small and stuffy. The bathroom was moldy and smelly. We stayed three nights and the room was not cleaned once. The towels didn't dry because the air was so stuffy and humid. The bed was really bad and uncomfortable. In addition, the bed was too narrow for two people and we only had one blanket to use. I didn't dare to use the hair dryer because it was taped in two places. The breakfast did not meet our expectations from what we saw in the pictures beforehand. The only fresh thing was the bananas. When we asked the man at the reception something, he answered very unkindly. The only good thing was the location of the hotel as it was close to the DLR and tube station.

Very run down. Totally over priced Not very clean. Staff not very friendly. Paid 250 pounds for 2 nights. Bed very uncomfortable Would never return. Beds need replacing. Pillows dirty, Bathroom dirty, very old and run down. The only positive is that tube station nearby.

Male receptionist was so rude. EITHER change your male receptionist or change your outside door system.. MALE receptionist had issue to open the door. My stay was only for 1 night and he had to open door for twice time only.for this he said I am not doorkeeper here to open door for you. This answer he gave. SO why he is doing job there??also we wanted to extend our 1 more day but he did not behave well so i booked another hotel for 1 more day.Thurrock hotel

I thought for the price and location to central london it was a bargain. Very quiet

My room had had a dripping shower and the basin was a little smudgy. I told this to the reception and I was given a new room right away. Thank you for a quick response.

Just diabolical! Room was filthy bathroom was moldy spent the day itchy after sleeping in the bed!
