Norfolk Inn Paddington

Good room and good location. Quite small but that’s what you get for the price you pay.

The worse place to stay at . Doesn’t worth any penny I’ve spent on it . The online one positive thing is that it is located nearby Paddington station, but the rest of it absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even have a toilet in my room I had to use shared one. The room hasn’t been cleaned for at least half a year and I can’t be sure that bed staff has been cleaned after people checked out. I would not recommend it to anyone. It does worth it to rent a hostel or pay a bit more but get reasonable place to stay at .

It’s a very bad experience. First we carried several luggages and there’s no lift inside. There’s one guy helping us to take it upstairs but no one helping us on the check out. ( we lived in 304 and actually we have to walk 4 floors. In the room, there’s no lighting in the room . I walked down and told the reception guy and he said would find someone to fix it. Apparently no one is coming. So we are not gonna take a shower. What’s more, there is no towel in the room. I highly recommend everyone not to take this hotel. It’s really the worst hotel experience I ever had while I was in travel.

It smelt like sewage like raw poo when the toilet flushed also all toilets look cleaned but smelt disgusting the whole place just stinks the carpets have stains and i think mist if the smell comes from them also the building is over an underground train track and you can hear the trains that said i paid £39 for a night for a room with on suite toilet and shower in central london you cant go wrong

unpleasant hotel experience. . Unfortunately, I had a few issues during my stay. The first was that there was no lift, which made it quite inconvenient, especially with luggage. Secondly, the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the moldy water in the shower, was a major letdown. Expect to climb staircase to your rooom. Old bed.. pillow spring become too soft.

Absolutely filthy have pictures to prove this avoid at all times previous person soap still on bathroom floor shower clogged with hair dirt in all the vents shower head covered in filth had to go out buy our own covers as didn't know if these had been changed from previous people tried to speak to owners but they spoke in their own language I personally found them really rude elderly couple checked right back out after seeing their room absolute sin didn't expect 5 star but expected it to be clean

Excellent location. Nothing else good enough to mention.
