Hotel location is excellent near to Underground to enjoy the subway . We check in 3 rooms but both my business partners was shocked . 1 room upon checking in there is someone sleeping inside the bed and another room upon checking in is not clean with the bed and towels still lying around . Understand it is the front desk mistake not sure why but they immediately change to 1 clean room and another 1 with a bigger room . Also they have given us free mini bar for the 3 nights so all is good . But still it was quite scary for them to check in in that situation . Overall it’s a clean and safe hotel with good housekeeping service too

Room was upgraded due to the fault with the air conditioning and within a few minutes i heard a knock on my door to go to an upgraded room.
Good location, nice and clean looking staff in their uniforms waiting to receive us in the lobby. There was a lil queue at the reception but they attended to us as swiftly as possible. The hotel is situated in the center of the city and very easy to access. They were so kind to put 2 of everything I needed in the room.
They also had a spar and a gym. The hotel was just right beside a train station . The beauty of the hotel and tranquility is therapeutic and I would highly recommend.

The perfect location, just a few steps away from the Tower Hill tube station. Just a few mins walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The room size is quite spacious and the facilities are great.
