A few things. Prior to my arrival, I had checked in online via the app. Upon arrival to the hotel, the digital key did not work which resulted in me having to queue to get the key. The room rate was prepaid, without breakfast. The staff member who checked me at the desk informed me of my benefits of being a member, getting access to free breakfast, which was not the case when I booked the rate online. Next, when we eventually received the key, we went into the room which was supposed to be a triple room. There was one double bed and a small single shoved up against the window resulting in a very tight room for three adults. Next, we looked at the bathroom. There was no door between the bathroom and bedroom. There was evidence of a door bring there previously as we could see where the hinges were sitting but there was no door. We thought there might be some cool, secret sliding door but no. The door has consciously been removed and not replaced. This resulted in no privacy whatsoever. Our staff was for one night so we got over it but when checking out, we asked the receptionist why there was no door and he said he didn’t know. He was aware some rooms didn’t have doors but didn’t know why. Will not be going back again as this room was very expensive for one night and was not worth the money.
