Hub by Premier Inn London City Bank

I will definitely stay with the Hub again when I am visiting East London.

I was so surprised when I walked into my room. It’s not big but fun looking and has everything that we needed. It’s next to Canon underground station. Very short walking distance to the river. The staff ( specially Sristy )are fun and friendly. Then the price for this location was very good. I was here for 4 nights and this will my best option next time I visit London.

A good hotel where stay for a couple of nightstands, clean with all the comforts you need and in a central area well served. Good service and food at breakfast, easy to reach from rail stations or tube. Staff were friendly and always available

The hotel is close to 2 tube stations (about 2 minutes walk) so really handy for getting around the city. The room was very clean and very, very quiet. Staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was super helpful, professional and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

While the rooms may not be the largest, there is nothing too small overlooked by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, whether is booking a specific type of room clean (I only wanted the bin emptied) to taking in two parcels, and even a sit down and chat over a cuppa at 2am when I couldn't sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room when we arrived from what we expected. It was a good size room and nice and clean. The bathroom was seperated with a frosted glass wall and door which didn't feel very private, but luckily didn't face the bed. Unfortunately when we were getting ready to leave we found the shower didn't work. Most of the water came out of the shower hose, and just dribbled from the shower head. There was no-one around at reception, just a tub to leave your key in, so we couldn't speak to any staff to try and sort something out. We just made do and left, but it was a very disppointing end to our stay.

The bed was so comfy and plenty of space (shared it with my daughter), staff very kind and friendly. The rooms looked very clean and just right for our stay. Where it was based was a decent enough to get to the attractions. Also was peaceful at night no noise from the street. Enjoyed our stay.

Premier inn - no confirmation# & no confirmation email... been in in the hotline ending on 8101 since forever. Booked 18 hours ago. However, my money has been transferred, just wondering if I will ever get a confirmation. So i am still trying to get through in the service hotline, however, 20 minutes later..still no success.

We had an excelent experience in the hotel.Very good location clean room and a very friendly and kind staff. Tarek and the other girls of the of the staff where very Professional kind and pleasant. We really enjoyed our staying in hub Premier in city bank hotel and hopefully we will come again here the next time! Thank you!
