Very comfy. Love the terrace with amazing view. Tho the Collins room is somewhat mediocre, the hotel itself is nice enough.

The first time we have re-visited The Berkeley since the opening of the new Surrenne Spa and adjoining Emory hotel. We had a lovely balcony room with great views over Knightsbridge and every amenity we could possibly need. Despite less than perfect weather we ventured upstairs and had the roof terrace more or less to ourselves to watch the King's birthday flyover and then for a swim in the lovely warm pool there. We spent the rest of the afternoon down in the Surrenne Spa which was hands down the best hotel spa we have ever visited. Beautifully designed with a lovely pool, steam room, sauna and snow shower (yes!). The staff were excellent and attentively looked after us the whole time we were there. We finished our stay with a superb room service breakfast which was wonderfully presented and cooked perfectly. Must return sooner next time...

This is the spot to stay for the discerning luxury traveller who needs the maximum in modern comfort, luxury, and amenities with a tasteful, modern vibe. Just perfect and didn't want to leave!

We had a room overlooking Hyde park. New modern bathroom, beautifully decorated and delicious daily treats from hotel as well as chocolate. Breakfast room was beautiful and staff exceptional. We dined in Berkeley cafe 2 x which was cozy and delicious ( salmon dish superb) would definitely put on top 10 list for London. We visit London 2x a year for a month to visit our son and have stayed in so many top notch hotels. The hotel has to be exceptional to return to it and I would put Berkeley in this category.

We love staying at The Berkeley. It is large enough to offer all the amenities of a large, grand hotel, yet small enough to make you feel at home. The staff quickly gets to know your names and greets you personally every time you pass their desk. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with a different decor on each floor. We can't wait to see the suites at The Emory once it opens.

We keep coming back to this hotel because of the staff and amenities. Every stay has exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and nicely updated. Treats are a nightly surprise we look forward to. Breakfast is consistently wonderful and wholesome. The valets out front are so helpful! Checkin with a smile and welcome back are appreciated as we feel we have come home. The Berkeley is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, parks and attractions. We always feel safe walking to dinner at a pedestrian mall a few blocks away with grocery store and restaurants.

The Berkley is always my preferred hotel in London. The location is great for walking to almost everywhere I want to go. The staff and service are second to none. The Collins Room serves an excellent breakfast and the Cedric Grolet pastry counter has the best pain au chocolate that I have ever had along with a daily assortment of the most incredible treats

Words are not enough , to describe this hotel is one the best I’ve ever stayed in , the staff are just phenomenal the warmth they greet you with is very heart warming, I cannot fault anything it’s perfection , special thank you to doorman and Antonia staff member who touched are hearts and made my birthday a memorable day. Just to say. This is a fantastic, well situated friendly property. A must for anyone visiting for business or pleasure. Great value. The rooms are very well appointed and extremely comfortable. If you come to London, make a point of booking here. You will be glad you did.
