As a long-standing member of this distinguished club, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the noticeable decline in the quality of services, particularly within the spa management, over the past two months. Despite the high membership fees, accountability seems to be lacking, with frequent justifications centred around the inexperience of new spa management. Members are often told to be patient and give new management more time to adjust. However, for an establishment of this calibre, one would expect a level of professionalism and EXPERIENCE that aligns with the club's prestigious reputation. Issues such as unremoved mould, the presence of makeup on supposedly clean towels, and the unprofessional behaviour of shouting at junior staff in front of members are not only disappointing but unacceptable. Moreover, the inability of the spa management to accept and act on feedback without resorting to the excuse of being new is concerning. This decline in standards is forcing myself and several other members to consider alternatives, which is regrettable given our previously positive experiences across other properties within the group. I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches the hotel manager and prompts immediate action to address these issues. The current situation at the spa risks tarnishing the reputation of your esteemed establishment.
