방 크기 작고 창문 없는 건 알고 있어서 상관 없었지만 침대위에 머리카락도 있었고 샤워부스에 물도 안내려가서 씻을 때 진짜 곤욕이었습니다.
그리고 무엇보다 인도계 남자 직원분, 저희한테만 인사를 안하네요? 체크인 할 때도 리셉션에 서있는데 체크인할건지 묻지도 않고 인사도 안해서 기계로 해야되나보다 하고 버벅거리면서 했어요. 이 와중에도 여직원하고 떠드느라 바쁨ㅎ
그 이후에도 리셉션 데스크에 서서 오며가며 마주쳤는데 다른 손님들한테는 인사 다 하면서 저희랑은 눈도 안마주쳐서 투명인간 취급 받았어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 1박당 거의 23만원 지불했는데 진짜 부모님의 원수가 간대도 한번은 말릴 호텔입니다
When we arrived and tried to check in through the machine, there were one female and one male employees right in front of us -around 22:20 27/12-, but they never asked if we needed help or even said hi. It seemed like we were invisible to them because we heard them greeting other customers after us. It was pretty much the same every time we went out and in for three days, and I can't help thinking this as discrimination.
Also the room condition was not so good and we expected more than that since we paid €160 per night. I am not complaining that room was too small or has no window because I know I should have paid more for that. But there was someone's hair on the bed and the water in the shower didn't drain well.
We had already experienced how great there service was, so we didn't bother to tell them about it but just put up with it instead.
Except this hotel, we loved everything else about London.
