訂了兩個豪華房，但是前台經理説不能加床，非要我掏200磅一晚升級。很不滿意！我直接網上訂高一級別的客房，也不需要這個價格！而且明明房間夠大，她卻死活説不能加床。攜程網上寫着可以加床。最後還是通過攜程處理，但是酒店經理還是很噁心，要高價！我不會再來這個酒店了！
酒店就緊挨路邊，門口停車位都沒有。要不是看着距離大英博物館很近，我不會訂這裏。
餐廳服務員挺好，早餐是套餐，英式，味道不錯，分量十足，好像很多本地商務人士來就餐洽談。

匆忙定了高級房，房間雖小但很温馨。服務人員態度十分熱情友好，交通便利，周邊很多可逛，一定會再來的酒店！

Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. The was friendly and profesional and the room was spectacular, tall ceilings, luxury finishes and many extra details designed to make you feel at home yet somewhere special. Location is great. We will surely be back!!

The perfect location for a city break, walking distance to Euston and Covent Garden and the theatre district and 20 mins from Trafalgar Square! Stunning refurbished old church building with excellent rooms, superbly trained, professional and friendly staff and wonderful food - even the breakfast smoothie was a work of art a nothing is too much trouble! And our room was quiet - whoop!!

L'Oscar is a true oasis in bustling London. From the moment we arrived to check in after a long flight from the US we were treated like royalty. The hotel is intimate and transports you to a warm, decadent, and one-of-kind experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and enjoyed vegan high tea and lovely sweets in our room. The room itself was spacious with large windows on all sides. The staff was lovely and made our stay exceptional. Thoughtful touches like leaving a L'Oscar eye glass wipe next to my glasses case and giving us access to our room a few hours early upon check in made us feel especially welcomed. We also recommend getting cocktails at the hotel bar!

Gorgeous classy interiors, huge high ceiling suites, a lot of attention to detail, excellent food and drink, excellent breakfast, room service, dinner at the restaurant, excellent cocktails, service and concierge are also top notch. I'd go nowhere else. Great place to meet guests for tea or meetings downstairs also during a business stay, parcel collections and drop off for my work responsibilities also worked super well and the concierge was very attentive about it.
