The Lagoona Resort

Checked in at 10.00pm, well organised by staff with welcome drink. Food varieties and quality was very good. WiFi service inside rooms needs to be updated. The bathroom and toiletries are proper. Common areas like lobby and cafeteria are best at their affords. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Stay was quite good but in washroom it would be better and convenient to have hand shower. Food was good needs more variety.

Very polite & well trained staff. Rooms & washroom are clean. Food needs little improvement. we spent a nice evening at the bar. Savina was very helpful when we checked in & later when we checked out. She gave us a tour of the property. She promptly sent all the information we required for planning a wedding.

The hotel is located 2 km away from the main highway. But the views are very nice as it is surrounded by hills. The staff are very friendly and they took special care of us as I needed a wheelchair for my mother. I would like to mention the names of Nitin, Sangita, Sakshi, Vinaya and some more that I cannot recall. They provided excellent service in the restaurant. The food menu in buffet is standard. But I ordered alacarte and almost all dishes were very tasty. The Cinnamon is a nice restaurant and Tipsy Horse bar is also reasonably well stocked. Overall we had a peaceful stay of 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much.

Nice food comfortable stay. Very neat and clean property. Staff is very helpful. Nice location and amenities. A good place to visit with family and friends. Also for corporate picnic.
