Prompt service from staff , thanks Ms. soma for helping us through out our stay , Good stay for family , food taste also fabulous 👌 ; I would recommend to stay for family & couples as well. Night time dg arrangements also fantastic, pool area also neat & clean

Breakfast was very good. Room cleaning and maintenance was very good. Property is very good Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful, polite. Special mentioning the names from front office Mr. Shantanu and Mr. Vinayak. We were happy with everything.

we have good stay in orchid the bed and all the accessories are very comfortable we love the game zone , Ms Soma guide us very well, breakfast is very good and they ***y options , we wanted to visit again also Mr Shantanu he also help us . ….. thank you

We are staying in room no #206, yhe room was too clean and the view was good, food was really very tasty, they maintain the hygiene very well, specialy Ms soma and Mr Vinayak, the y very cooperative and Mr Bishnu from house keeping the boy make our room clean, give us all amenities as per our requirements, Thank you orchid staff we visit again

Me and my family came in orchid lonavla for 1 day and their sevice very much, and that's why l extend my stay 2 days more, the room was good and clean, food in restaurant Boulevard, from House keeping Bishnu, he was really very helpful, and from Front desk Ms Soma and Mr Vinayak they help us lot from check in to check out.. Really we love the place, we surely visit again.. 😇😇

We have one stay in orchid , really they are very good in hospitality services, food wa good in boulevard special in breakfast, room was good and clean, they maintain it very well, from front l want mention Ms soma the lady is kind hearted and so polite also Mr Anil he was really good, we surely visit again..

It was a wonderful experience we got from all the department, especially from the Restaurant, the they served was excellent, testy and heathy. Mahadevan, su***, Adithya and team done a wonderful job. The Rooms they provide it was nice and the location is also good

Had a Family Trip and the Best part at The orchid Lonavala was the Reception and Hospitality by the Staff… Mr Vinayak Front Office ***ager was exceptionally good in resolving issues to comfort the Guests.Rooms were little small but clean and cozy… Breakfast spread was not so wide but reasonably good enough Pool area for kids was good and they enjoyed a lot
