Haus Patricia

We had a fantastic and Wonderful stay in Haus Patricia. Accommodation and facilities were excellent. Stayed for a week here and enjoyed every minute.Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Convenient location close to ski lift .Would definitely recommend.

Yet again another faultless stay at Haus Patricia. Spotlessly clean, Kevin and Melinda are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The fresh bread rolls delivered every morning, the homemade gluhwein and cakes were excellent. Great to be able to store skis, ski clothes and boots in the drying room and a sauna after a day skiing tops it all off. There’s no better place to stay when visiting Lofer :)

This year I went with my wife to Haus Patricia for the 7th time. Melinda and Kevin are really super wonderful hosts who are always super kind to the guests. They are always open for a nice chat and always help you with everything. They can really make your stay with them feel like home. We always stay in the smallest apartment which is very well equipped and has always been well maintained over the years. If you wish, Melinda hangs fresh buns at your apartment door every morning so you don't have to go out yourself. Last year they even bought my favorite coffee because I had forgotten it at home. During our vacation we immediately made a new booking because we definitely want to return to Haus Patricia every year. Melinda knows the area well and gave us tips on what to do during our vacation. These were tips about cities to visit as beautiful walks that could be done. Also the location of Haus Patricia is super because in a few minutes you are in the center of Lofer or at the cable car to go skiing.

Hotel is cozy, very clean and well maintained. You can easily walk to gondola lifts, restaurants and all other shopping. Haus P has a covered and safe place to park your bicycles. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful during our stay and told us events going on in the area. You can choose either a standard room or apartment. All have nice views.

I visited Haus Patricia with my wife and two young kids and it was a great experience. While the appartment was not that big it was very cleverly decorated. Melinda and Kevin are the best hosts, we felt very welcome and had very pleasant stay. Lofer is a very nice place for a holiday, because the environment is very beautiful and the village is not as crowded as some other villages in austria.

We enjoyed our stay at Haus Patricia very much. The owners are very hospitable, thoughtful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. We hope to come back next year!

What a find! This area was just originally intended to be just a stopover, u til we got there. Melinda and Kevin and just wonderful hosts. They REALLY know how to look after you. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. Melinda made sure we had everything we needed and personally showed us to our room. She gave us a welcome drink each and then sat and told us about the various local places we should try to visit and places to eat. She gave us a special card which gave us free travel up the cable car for the entire duration of our stay! Brilliant! The room was lovely and airy with nice crisp bed linen and absolutely EVERYTHING in the entire house was spotlessly clean. There was a desktop fan for us to use which was very welcome as temperatures were very high when we stayed. Kevin had also made an extension lead for four British plugs. Nice touch! They also even provide a night light. 👍🏼 You really couldn’t ask for better hosts or a nicer place to stay. We HIGHLY recommend it for a comfortable and extremely reasonable stay. We ended up staying an extra night …. as there was so much to do and see and the little village was delightful to wander about in. We really hope to return. Thank you so much Melinda and Kevin.

Everything was just perfect. The Haus is elegant and cozy at the same time. Rooms are basic but completely comfortable, clean, and smartly arranged and decorated. Although we only stayed one night (as a break between a drive from Salzburg to Innsbruck), we'll never forget that view from our top-floor balcony, and the kind complimentary drink upon arrival (I had a beer, my partner had a tea) was such a great way to enjoy the balcony and the view. Kevin and Melinda are great hosts. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants Melinda recommended, and it was delightful. I don't know if we'll ever be back in Lofer again, but if we ever are, we'll definitely stay here again . . .and you should, too!

This is our third visit to Haus Patricia. We stayed for ten days. It is so convenient and close to all Lofer amenities. The apartment was great and Melinda and Kevin are exceptionally good hosts. We will definitely be back.
