Hotel Moremar by Alegria

We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much we decided to book another week this year. What a mistake that was ! We booked bed and breakfast and on the day we arrived we were checking in and the lady on reception told us that they don’t do food anymore so we were told that we had to go down the road to another hotel to have our breakfast. As you can imagine we were very annoyed about this and asked to be moved to another hotel but she said no that isn’t possible. So for the whole week we stayed we had to get up and walk to the other hotel to have our breakfast. What annoys us is no one told us this would be happening before we arrived. It would have been polite for the company we booked through to have told us this. Also when we said to the lady on reception we are going to pop through to the bar to get a coffee before we go to our room she said the bar was shut and wouldn’t be open until Thursday so we had 2 days at the start of our holiday not even being able to get a cup of tea or coffee. It is disgusting. Then to top it all when the Thursday came and the bar opened it was shut by 10 o’clock every night. Sometimes 9.45 ! Since this hotel has been taken over by Algeria it has gone right down hill and we won’t be staying here again. Shame really cause it was such a lovely place before. Excellent hotel staying here for one week rooms are nice and clean they are also cleaned everyday nice pool with bar breakfast is your standard breakfast but very fresh staff are very polite and helpful very close to the beach and shops will be staying again next year if it’s a quit hotel your after then this is the one don’t understand why people give the hotel a bad review I must stress again please do not take any notice about the bad reviews

Just got back from a four night stay five of us two rooms one for two people the other for three, I was given a room when we pulled the curtains back there was a wall basically 1 foot in front of you from the balcony the room was very dark and basic, we immediately went down to reception and asked to change rooms as there was no way we could possibly stay there the girl on reception was very nice she offered us an upgrade to a comfort room rather than basic at least we had some light and a view of the back road which was better than the wall, The hotel it’s very clean but it’s in need of a looked at the pool area is tired the highlight is the pool bar thanks to Martina Chatty and funny and she gave us some good restaurant advice if you’re just using the hotel as a base then do so just make sure you don’t get the wall

This is the worst hotel I have ever lived in. First room: I was accommodated 10 meters underground. After leaving the balcony, a several-meter-long wall climbs right in front of my eyes. Even at noon, the room is semi-dark and damp. Rude and deceptive service. At my request to change the room staff shrugged and invited the manager who did not come to the appointment. Moreover manager pretended that he was not at the hotel. And the crew said that they do not have a mobile phone! Disgusting food. Dirty dishes and cutlery. The dishes smelled so bad that I would not give the dog to eat them. When I tasted a slice of fries and pizza, I instinctively spat that out. It cannot be called food. I warn everyone about this hotel.

Mai più! Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia, quindi mi aspettavo ci fosse un letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo trovato due letti singoli senza topper, SUPER SCOMODO. Colazione e cena a buffet. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, salvabile. Mentre per quanto riguarda il buffet della cena TUTTO SURGELATO: qualità davvero bassa. Le uniche cose positive: il balcone nella camera e la posizione, vicino al mare e al centro.

A ce tarif là je m'attendais pas à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les réceptionnistes sont super sympa à l'accueil Le petit déj pas tip top. La chambre bien que petite pour 1 grand lit et un. Petit lit ça était. Salle de bain à revoir la robinetterie. Après nous étions juste au-dessus de la terrasse du bar. Heureusement que y'a plus personne car on n'aurais jamais dormi de la nuit. La clim marche super bien. La piscine pas très grand mais super propre. Et l'accès à la plage par derrière en 2mn à pied à ces tip top. Le parking juste à coter de l'hôtel top. Juste gros bémol la photo.m juste à coter de notre fenêtre de chambre.

Très jolie hotel, belle picine la plage est a 5 minute a pieds le centre ville également l'accueil est excellent et le personnelles très serviables Petit bemol le petit-déjeuner n'est pas top. Mais dans l'ensemble je reviendrai avec plaisi.
