Once again a very warm welcome at reception on our arrival. Quickly booked in and allocated a Plus Room as requested, with a view up Mostyn Street. Room very clean and inviting. All of the staff are very approachable, friendly and efficient in their multi-tasking roles - nothing ever seems to be any trouble for them. Not naming individuals, but the staff know who we are and how very much we appreciate them always going that extra mile to make our (and everyone elses) stay special.
Nice place the city is beautiful and lovely people lot things to do and see The Conwy Castle and the great orme were fabulous Llandudno Hostel is great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city is also not too expensive and not too far from the city centre
We have just returned from a weekend break. The owners Dan and Wei are very friendly and their Hotel is warm and welcoming with beautiful decor. Our room was comfortable and spacious also like the rest of the hotel it was spotlessly clean.A lovely lounge and Bar area to chill out in. The breakfast has to be one of the best in Llandudno. We have previously stayed here when it was owned by Mark but it is even better under Dan and Wei. I would highly recommend Lansdown House and we will be staying here on our next visit to Llandudno. A big thank you
What a great hotel! Right in the heart of Llandudno. Lovely, clean and very homely. Comfortable beds and spacious. Sue the owner is wonderful. Very welcoming kind and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Llandudno. Thank you very much.
The warmest of welcomes to this home from home guest house. The team were always pleasant and happy to help. They even provided some prosecco for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Breakfasts were excellent, a good choice of different foods, more toast and coffee as required. Good selection of teas, coffer and hot chocolate on the tray in the room.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The first thing that hit me when I walked into our room was how clean and fresh it smelt. A much more modern feel to the rooms rather than other Llandudno hotels which are still outdated. There was plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu and it was served hot with ample tea/coffee and toast. All round a very pleasant stay. Will be booking again.
Amazing experience and very friendly and accommodating staff, very pleasant and small but well stocked bar very homely feeling will be going back. Breakfast was really good sausage was really nice and fast service all brought to your table.
Booked direct the day before we went, by doing so we got 2 free drinks from the bar, good incentive which we didnt have prior knowledge of. Also got earlier check in. No lift so requested lower floor. Room 109, very clean, great shower, really comfy bed, perfectly adequate for short stay. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast, everything you would expect except no-one told us there was a table round the corner with juice, cereal and jams, only realised when we saw someone getting something! Would definitely stay here again.
What a hidden gem. Found this on late rooms as booked yesterday. We are staying here now for our 29th anniversary on Monday. We were greeted by Alex and shown to room 32. On the front fantastic views of Llandudno sea front and pier. The room is spotless, not massive but has everything we need. Managed to park outside, but if not it's not too bad, unless walking is a problem. If you turn left in 2 minutes you are right next the cable car. The views are stunning and will definitely return. Just in the bar now, which is very well stocked.
