The best Guest House I've ever stayed at. Way exceeded my expectations. Everything was top notch. Fantastic breakfast, with a large selection of fresh chopped fruits, juices, cereals, and a brilliant Full English breakfast with a choice of toasts, a good variety of spreads, tea or coffee. Janet and Helen were so cheerful, nothing seemed too much trouble. The bedroom was very well equipped, with TV, Fridge, Safe, Wardrobe with proper hangers. The room was warm, the bed and pillows were very comfy. A guest lounge, a lovely wooden carving in the foyer and even a chaise lounge in the upper hallway. Fantastic - highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming reception. Room was as expected, nice warm and cozy with everything I needed with an ensuite. Complimentary tea and coffee and a welcome bottle of wine/card and sweets was a nice touch. Continental breakfast with a good selection. Geoff was welcoming and helpful and even lent me an umbrella incase it rained. Thank you! Managed to get one of the free parking spaces on charlton Street so that was a bonus. Enjoyed my stay and I'll be back next month. Highly recommend Karden House

Just wanting to know the new owners name. Also Duke is very cute :3 too bad I won't see him again.. also I didn't appreciate that I was given out of date biscuits, that I ate 2 of then realised they weren't in date. And yes, I am that kid from room 11.

The pillows and bed so comfortable house very clean owner so helpful you could get your own breakfast and food very well presented I highly recommend karden house definitely be back karden house in a lovely location in Llandudno central to shops train station

Stayed here for 2 nights, while visiting family in the area. Great location, close to town and within walking distance. It’s a traditional hotel, bed was really comfortable, room was warm and the owners were really friendly and helpful. Recommended local bars and restaurants for us. Would definitely stay again, very good value for money.

Was booked in for one night but extended my booking to two, and very glad I did! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was good - central enough to be convenient for everything, but tucked away enough to be quiet. And the welcome was warm and friendly - was made to feel very at home. Highly recommended!

Just back from our second stay here, and will definitely be coming back again. Beds and pillows are so comfy, excellent location and lovely warm welcome. Janet certainly knows how to cook and lay on breakfast (chef's kiss).

Karden House is a lovely, clean,friendly establishment. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The breakfast choice was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again
