Great hotel with really friendly staff would highly recommend. Also the location is great as it's about a 15 minute drive to the shopping centre

Clean and pleasant room. Friendly staff. Loved the attached restaurant and bar. Would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommended

Heater broken in room. Beefeater closes at 10 not 11. Nothing around if you want to walk anywhere, ok if driving. Carpet dirty and a dirty door, doesn’t need much to clean it. Beefeater food was really good. Don’t make the bed up, clean room or new towels.

We had a fine stay here however we didn’t get much sleep at all due to noise from the hallway. You can hear absolutely everything which doesn’t help when people are running up and down the corridor and doors open and close consistently. The beds and pillows are very comfy and the breakfast is wonderful!

Room was not clean. Loads of dirty patches on the carpets and bathtub was dirty and not cleaned but got told it’s a coating wearing off rather than dirt but it was evident that it was dirt. Kids got blocked sinus from the dirt in the room. Complained but nothing was done. Hospitality service was not great with some front desk people not willing to talk

I use Premier Inn hotels regularly across the country - mainly because they are of dependable quality and usually competitively priced. This one, unfortunately, did not live up to the usual standards. The decor was at least 10 years behind all other Premier Inns, the room was unclean (black mould all over bathroom) and the shower was a pathetic drizzle. Staff on reception very cold and unfriendly at check-in. Could not wait to leave. I would not return and would not recommend.

Always reasonably priced and you know what you’re getting. Great for parking. Short drive to the train station or tram stops at the airport. Food on tap in the attached pub. Have been many times.

The room was neat and quiet, the lady at reception was very nice and helpful. Overall experience was as positive and my colleagues gave positive feedback for cost and ambience which is the least we could ask for. I recommend for business stay or personal
