酒店過了馬路就是貝加爾湖，但是房間要是想面對貝加爾湖，需要在原房價基礎上加9100皮，太貴了，有早餐，不是自助，是點餐，一個喝的三道餐品，挺好的，以後如果有機會來還會住這裏，出門左手邊直走可以進山或者沿着貝加爾湖徒步，我在零下33度加巨大風暴裏徒步走了4個小時😭

中國人千萬不要去！這家酒店歧視中國人，全酒店設施最差，房間最小，房間沒有任何景色！房間朝向最差的房間，都留給中國人！前台態度惡劣，愛答不理，説多了還會翻白眼！房間的設施和房型與宣傳的差別太大！花了同房型的價格，給了全酒店最難賣最差的房間

This is a super hotel overlooking Lake Baikal and comes with with an outstanding restaurant. It's clean, cosy, comfortable. Friendly service on reception. Is a great option for overnighting in Listviyanka.

Facility is a bit outdated and the rooms could do with some modernization, but in general it is comfortable and nice. True professional hotel personnel and management - friendly, helpful and servicing! Restaurants - both places the Hinkalnaya and the Vyouga are top quality food with nice local flavor, the chef and the service personal doing an outstanding job. Location is the best both for winter and summer holiday, though I believe the winter season is really special experience.

Breakfast buffet was great as usually! One funny moment - ketchup label was misspelled (I hope intentionally) like this: "Кепчуг". Nice joke! View is also a thing this hotel offers and does it good. Sauna (extra paid) is a good place to warm up after cold winter walk. They have a cold pool with jacuzzi pipe in the bottom, hot sauna room, WC, TV and hot herbal teas choice included. Fixed hourly price for the whole sauna unit. Didn't find WiFi credentials anywhere in the room. It's not a big deal, just a tiny little thing, making hotels friendlier. Also - there was no air freshener in the bathroom (same issue a year ago). Bathroom had a moderate damp smell and lack of a freshener was notable. The heater under the window didn't really work, extra heater saved our night. Everything else was fine.

Проживали в отеле в конце ноября, на праздновании дня рождения. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Отличное расположение отеля. Близко до всех популярных мест Листвянки. Просторные номера с новым ремонтом сантехника и мебелью с потрясающим видом на Байкал. Больше всего впечатлило кухня ресторана. Оооочень вкусно! Лучший ресторан Иркутска. Только ради ресторана стоит приехать отдыхать в отель. Твёрдая пятёрка с плюсом!

Приятное обслуживание в ресторане. Интересные и вкусные десерты с байкальской тематикой, атмосферно... шикарнейший вид с седьмого этажа...не зря является визитной карточкой Листвянки! Всем рекомендую!
