Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location - close to transit, restaurants, and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Bright and very clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location in Alfama so very close to lots of attractions but quiet at night. Lovely to be looking out at trees and riverside. Breakfasts very good and generous - especially appreciated the fresh fruit . Spacious bathroom

Frindly and efficient check-in. Nice breakfast. Modern, comfortable, clean and quiet room. Excellent location within close promity to historic sights and excellent restaurants. Less than 20 minute walk to train station.

The location is fabulous, the staff super friendly and helpful, the free breakfast surprisingly tasty, varied and pleasant. HOWEVER, the room looked nothing like in a photo (you really wouldn’t want to spend more time than absolutely needed); the state of the room was atrocious (all walls were chipped and stained); the glass wall in the shower was probably never cleaned. While clean, there was a clear maintenance debt.

We had a great and fun experience, the hotel was very clean Marcia and Mr Moreira were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is centrally located one block from a metro station. We will definitely return.

Wonderful and helpful staff, clean and best location for walking to many places. We had a great experience with Hotel Riverside Alfama. Recommend room with river or ocean view. Nice breakfast offer each morning. ❤️❤️ special thanks to Sofia and Marcia for making part of our trip so special. 😊😊😊
