Tha apartment was a very good size and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Breakfast worked very well. Good location. Communication was good. Would definitely stay again… …………………………………………………………..

I did not stay here and had to cancel last minute: The property claimed to have front desk, safety deposit box and Luggage storage. I booked this apartment well ahead of time to beat the last minute problems. just close to my stay I got about 4 emails and even an sms, asking me to pay using a link before 5pm to be able to gain access to the property. I was also told to use a luggage service (a company who will pick up your luggage and drop to a location and time of your choice). I found this really disappointing as this meant that I wasted quite some time asking hotels dot com to resolve the issue or offer a late checkout. I did not get a response, but instead started getting sms from the property demanding payment. ********* tells me that the property choose the amenities they provide and should be responsible. While there are so many hotels in Lisbon same or less price, I cancelled the booking and booked elsewhere. I would not want to stay at a property where there are issues with access codes, condition was pay at property, but was asked to pay on a link and there is no luggage storage. I will not stay at this property as it is not trustworthy for me.

Location 5* absolutely fantastic couldn't have had a better Location. Apartment 3B itself very tired, needs a good overall. Bed absolutely rock hard like sleeping on the floor, had to put extra duvet underneath sheet for a little extra comfort and the state of the base admittedly cosmetic was ripped and looked awful. Shower door in bathroom leaked, as much water on the floor as in the bath. Towels discolured. Corners & around the sink could have been cleaner.

The place is central and everything can be done by walk. It's cute and cosy, it's honnestly a really nice place. Be aware that since it's downtown, it's really noisy at night.

Fantastic location! Super clean. Elevator was helpful for the 5th floor apartment. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location BUT this property is incorrectly advertising luggage storage and doesn’t have. When trying to contact them for resolution my email was unanswered and end up having to find and pay for luggage storage. Also the shower is ridiculously tiny to get into and close the door!

As in the picture, in the most perfect tourist place to stay with the best attractions at a walking distance. Electronic check in which is good as I arrived super late. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Surprisingly quiet at night and I couldn’t hear traffic noise. You could hear people slamming the doors in the others apartments but fortunately they were quiet overnight. Lovely marbled toilet with a bidet!! The shower door was uneven so water could come out, however they have left many towels and I think that’s the reason why. The kitchen / toilet had all appliances needed. I have noticed the apartment wasn’t shy on supplies like detergent, washing powder and toiletries - well done. I had a very good experience and recommend the place

I liked the environment. It is at 5 minutes of the commercial place and 10 minutes from Baixa-Chiado metro. The apartment is nice and big. The only thing I won’t do next time is to take the breakfast, because it costs 15€ per person it is a continental breakfast composed by an orange juice, coffee or tea, scrambled eggs with a slice of ham and one of cheese a croissant with butter and jam and a small bread. On the card it is at 14.65 and we should have also a yoghurt with granola but there wasn’t any. So the breakfast should be at 10 or 12€ maximum. We had enough to eat and it was very good, but I find the price too high. Otherwise everything was good. We didn’t ask to change the towels and clean the apartment during our 4 nights stay, but it is said that every two nights you can ask them to do it included in the price. There is just a small problem, the bathtub was a little bit clogged, the water was leaving very slowly. They should fix it. I will certainly go to the same place next time I come to Lisbon, because it’s very well located.

We were supposed to check in on the 17th of August at 17:00 and although we had received the codes for entering the apartment, we entered and we saw a dirty apartment from the previous clients! We called the call center and no one was answering. Then, we called numerous times the emergency number and a member of the staff answered. Not knowing what to reply and having no idea of how to handle the fact that the apartment was not cleaned and ready for us from the previous clients, she said she will call us back as soon as possible. After 15 minutes waiting for her to call back, we called again and texted her with no reply. Then, after numerous attempts of calling her, she answered and said that her manager was providing us with 2 options: either move to a ONE bedroom apartment on the same building or move to a different neighborhood to another apartment that they were renting but with no air-conditioning (IN AUGUST!). We explained that these options were unacceptable, since we were 4 people thus the ONE-bedroom apartment was not an option, and the option of paying another taxi to go to an apartment with NO air-conditioning was not even an option for us. However, the customer service reply was that they could not help us and that these were our options. So, we decided to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment and sleep on a TERIBBLE "SOFA" COUCH while paying a tremendous amount of money for sleeping on a couch! Worth mentioning that  the bed sheets on the "sofa"couch were dirty even though they were supposed to be "cleaned and prepared" for their new customers.  In addition, they did not even think that it was worth mentioning that there was no elevator to go to the 4A apartment and one of us could not easily walk on the steps due to a disability!! Staying in Casas da Baixa was the worst experience we ever had, and we had travelled a lot! I would never suggest this "apartment" option to ANYONE who is coming to Lisbon. They had provided their clients with the worst experience ever! And to not think that we are exaggerating, please find photos from the apartment we were supposed to receive and from the dirty sheets we had slept on the couch of the "plan B" apartment they provided! Just stay away from this host they are awful!!!Their manager never replied to our complain emails and what they only thought they appropriate to do was to offer a 15% compensation for 1 the night (come on be professionals!). NEVER AGAIN!
