This is a cute hotel close to restaurants, shopping, pastelerias and the Alameda park. Our room was small but very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The front desk employee reserved a taxi for us for our ride to the airport the next day. We also ate at the breakfast buffet and had a wonderful meal before leaving Lisbon.

Nice, quiet boutique hotel in a neighborhood with good variety of cafe, restaurants and shops, near a main street. Clean rooms and facilities, though a bit on the dark side in terms of lighting.
There were refreshments in the afternoon (water, lemonade and pastries) which was a pleasant welcome back. Adding coffee in the mornings would be a nice touch.
Staffing wasn’t consistent, with extremely good service in the morning (lady) and not so friendly service in the evening (gentleman) when we checked in. Unfortunately, this started off our stay on a sour note, though improved during our stay.

The Staff where polite and welcoming from the moment i arrived, the room was very clean and everything was kept to a high standard. I would recommend ataying here even though its a bit of a walk into lisbon unless you dont mind using the public transport

Small room without a window, and I could hear other guests in their rooms. But the room was very modern and clean including noiseless airconditioning and refrigirator. And the smallest elevator I've ever seen!
