酒店在機場附近，平均5分鐘一趟飛機從頭上飛過，睡不着可以數飛機，酒店離市區不算遠，房間住3個人，有點小，被安排住在地下一層，，通風不好，有異味. 投訴了也不讓換。早餐還可以.

Hotel is beautiful, easy public transportation from the airport, within the city and top sightseeing places. Receptionist is friendly, Room is clean, new towels and bedsheet, good mattress, two elevators on both side of the hall. The only thing is you can hear airplane close to landing if you are a light sleeper.
Overall, I might visit again for the price and the amenities provided.

Never got to stay at the Zurin. Air conditioning wasn’t working and they could not relocate us to another room in the hotel. Had to wait after a long day of travelling to see if they could resolve the problem. Caterina the only staff member at the hotel was excellent in trying to fix the issue. It’s not right that there’s no maintenance person on site. Anything could happen and it all falls on the front desk person to handle. In the end, we went to stay at another hotel. Air conditioning and room conditions were not better there either!!!! What an experience.

I would give it 4.5 stars. Convenient location. Clean room. Modern decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is not elaborate but the food tasted pretty good. The area around the hotel is certainly not the nicest part of Lisbon but reasonably safe.

It is an excellent hotel--I stayed in three during my visit to the Lisbon area and this one was the best.
One thing that might need improvement is soundproofing--when my neighbor watched TV I heard it very clearly.
