The hotel is situated close to everything. We were very happy with our choice. Rooms are the ones in the photos advertised and they are perfect if you want to eat out or cook. Kitchen is well equipped and small details make the experience better.

我住這間酒店是第二次，和第一次住過時差好遠囉，因為時間只是差八日，回來後房間細咗，還要住1 樓，態度一般，房間的衞生用品常常忘記更新，共住五日每日都要提出記唔更換衛生設備，因為常忘記，臨走叫車都冇幫手拿行李去taxi, 下次不會再住此酒店啦！

De Passage une nuit à Lisbonne, emplacement parfait, très central. Accueil très pro, très réactifs au téléphone pour arranger l’heure d’arrivée. Studio nickel et très spacieux, literie au top, en ce qui me concerne surclassement offert…minuscule bémol pour la salle de bain pour apporter un peu de critique constructive… j’y retourne demain sans hésiter..

We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apar**ent for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. The breakfast was good - not as comprehensive as other hotels I've been too - but enough choice to ensure that everyone was well fed before heading out for a day tackling Lisbon's hills. The people were lovely, the complimentary drink voucher on arrival was a very nice touch and we would definitely go back. It's clearly a very family friendly hotel and we felt very at ease there with our son (12) and daughter (9).

We very much enjoyed our stay at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado.
Our room was spacious and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to get over our jet-lag. We had a separate bedroom, alcove with a twin bunk bed off the hallway and a living room with kitchen.
The staff went above and beyond and also provided different activities for our children for about 30-60 minute increments as needed.
We did notice that the smell of cleaning supplies in one of the hallways was quite strong but it wasn’t an issue within the rooms themselves.
We would absolutely stay here again with young children and loved the offering this hotel provided. The location is also tough to beat and make sure to enjoy the Landeau chocolate cake next door!
