I made a booking at this hotel and I paid the total amount by bank transfer in advance, as the hotel asked me total payment in order to confirm the room. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking due to Covid-19, but I could get a refund, as they guaranteed on the confirmation letter. However , even though I have been trying to contact them for requesting my money back a lot of times, they did not refund me absolutely nothing ! Hotel owner made me promise a refund back but he didn't keep it. It is very sad to know that these prehistroc befaviors still exist.

However , after I asked them a refund a lot of times, I still not got there refund back for over a year and half now. Absolutely nothing ! Hotel made me promise a refund but they didn't keep it. It is sad to know that these kind of prehistoric behaviors still exist.

Mooi kleinschalig hotel dat perfect onderhouden wordt. Wij hadden een kamer met terrasje en zeezicht. Het hotel ligt rustig aan de rand van Lipari en het is 10 minuten wandelen tot de winkelstraat en restaurants. Eerder uitzonderlijk is dat zij een privaat parkeerplaats hebben. Lekker vers gemaakt ontbijt en ruime keuze. Zéér goede service van al het personeel; niets is teveel en zij hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons uit de nood te helpen toen we autopech hadden en onze eigen hulpdiensten ons in de kou lieten staan.

Villa Cute, dopo solo pochi giorni, ci è entrata subito nel cuore. L’hotel, ad un passo dal centro di Lipari ma situato in una zona rialzata, permette di avere totale comodità negli spostamenti ma anche un panorama meraviglioso sull’isola ed una pace impagabile. La struttura è elegante, accogliente e rilassante, con una piscina curatissima per chi non si accontenta solo del mare. Impossibile, inoltre, non menzionare lo staff: cortesi, gentili, professionali, dotati di una positività che ti permette già di cominciare la giornata con un’energia diversa! Grazie ancora per la condivisione di tutti i suggerimenti e consigli che ci hanno consentito di vivere l’isola a pieno, senza di voi non sarebbe stato lo stesso. Scegliere Villa Cute è una garanzia di qualità, bellezza e umanità :)

Soggiorno indimenticabile, camere arredate in pieno stile ottocentesco, villa immersa nella natura con una vista bellissima sul centro storico di Lipari e sul mare, abbiamo scelto la camera con vista mare ed è stata un’ottima scelta. Letti comodissimi, pulizia impeccabile, colazione ottima con vista sulla piscina (il servizio piscina è incluso nel prezzo e molto apprezzato), le ragazze della reception ci hanno accolte facendoci sentire a casa, complimenti a Sara e Tatiana per il lavoro impeccabile svolto. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

L'elegante struttura è in perfetta armonia col territorio circostante. La posizione centrale ma lontana dalle zone rumorose ti permette un totale relax. Il panorama è mozzafiato. Staff cordiale, premuroso e attento..Infine, ciliegina sulla torta, il titolare Francesco, ama il suo lavoro e conosce il valore della parola "ospitalità". Villa Cute' si distingue da tutte le altre strutture presenti a Lipari.

Un grazie in modo particolare a Francesco direttore della struttura per la sua professionalità ed accoglienza 🔝🔝🔝 sempre disponibile ad aiutarti per escursioni, scelte di ristoranti e tanto altro. Piscina fantastica, stanze super pulite complimenti, un grazie anche al suo staff composto da Elena ed Elisa che con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità ti aiutano a trascorrere la vacanza nel migliore dei modi, grazie di tutto lo consiglio, soggiorno impeccabile relax torneremo sicuramente a presto 🔝🔝🔝🔝👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤗

Location eccezionale per una vacanza straordinaria. Villa Cute e’ un gioiellino immerso nel verde di Lipari ma straordinariamente vicino al Centro e al Porto. Pulizia, professionalità, accoglienza e ospitalità sono le parole d’ordine. L’area piscina con il Pool bar e’ un’oasi di benessere al rientro dalle passeggiate o escursioni a Lipari e dintorni. Un bagno in piscina con panorama sul Castello di Lipari e’ super consigliato. E poi Francesco il proprietario e la sua famiglia. Gentilissimi è sempre pronti a dare consigli. Abbiamo Ricevuto preziosi consigli culinari per cui ogni sera e’ stata una scoperta di sapori siciliani diversa e indimenticabile. Posto non consigliato, di più! Maria
