Phoenix Inn Suites Albany

Every person we encountered from the breakfast gals to front desk to housekeeping, always had a smile on their face & were a pleasure to deal with. You were very conveniently located to the home where our family member resides. Lots of shopping nearby, we could get anything we needed very easily. The cost was one of the best around. The only thing I wish you had were USB ports. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Really nice hotel. A little older, but super well maintained and impressively clean. A happy surprise. Wish we had found it sooner.

We've stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints. Staff goes above and beyond. The hot tub needs a little tlc. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice with several options

Everyone was soooo nice at the front desk! And they had a complimentary shuttle to take me to the rodeo which was a great surprise! Thank you!

Enjoyed out stay. It was quiet except with a child upstairs jumping and running until midnight two nights of our three nights there. The hot tub was going to be painted but unpleasant. But staff very friendly and enjoyed having the suite. I'd stay again.

It was great local hotel for staying. Cleanliness and staffs are awesome. Location is great.

facilities were clean and modern. The free breakfast was great but the best aspect of this hotel was the staff. they accommodated us and our special needs extremely well and with unmatched friendliness.
