The person at the check in desk would not allow me to check in. They did not refund my money after denying me to check in.

Visiting from Montana, Hotel staff went above beyond very friendly. Not a 5 ⭐⭐⭐hotel but safe, friendly fairly clean place for the price

Check in was a bit confusing. Needed a card for a deposit, which was odd. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Surprised they had shower caddy which was nice. Breakfast was a little short in supply.

The front desk person was very nice. The cleaning crews did well with what they had. The room and the facility was in very poor repair.

The pool and hot tub are only open from 4pm to 11pm. Breakfast is waffles or cold items. Is located on a busy street. Its ok but not real service oriented. 1 elevator located at the north end.

I was not aware of an extra fee and then they ended up charging me double with the fee! Also being charged before you even show up to the property was not know.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my life, to make matters worse the door would not lock. Went downstairs and with the language barrier it was impossible to get anywhere. So just checked right back out and left. Do not stay here!

Nice facility with clean rooms. The bathroom was tiny as the toilet was right by a shelf and would hit my thigh on it every time.
