The lady at the front desk was super friendly and had fresh cookies for us 15 minutes after our arrival. The room was nice. The pool and hot tub area was great. The hotel had a very small town hotel vibe. Location was convenient.

I had reservations through ******* and all my info was correct at check in. Scott and Kristina were working the desk and always greeted us coming and going. Room was clean. Fully stocked with coffee maker, coffee, tea, cups, frig, microwave. The morning free breakfast was convenient. The breakfast employee,Trish, was very positive and friendly while working to help all the guests. Pool and hot tub area was recently updated and was clean and refreshing. Free shuttle to Chinook Winds on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We had no body wash , it was completely empty , fortunately one of us had a bar of soap .
But the worst part was the horrific sound from either pool pump or something like that for about 3 minutes at 5 am !! Not a fun way to be woken up . Previous stays were excellent so i hope this was just a one time issue. I know everyone has staffing issues .
Oh air filters in AC units were in need of a cleaning too.

I did not like the staff being very rude and over charging my card. They took the money foe room at around 1 and tonight they tried taki.g another 5 dollars off my card and trying to tell me its travelosity that takes money off cards for night auditing. You guys have never taken money off my card extra.

The front desk staff was amazing and although they were checking another party in when we arrived, they promptly acknowledged us and let us know they would be with us shortly.

Checking in was smooth and the front desk person was nice. Upon entry of the room the sink, counter, and floor were dirty. Stains on one of the beds comforters. Free WiFi was terrible being it continuously disconnected while doing business work on my laptop and phone so I couldn’t get any work completed. I asked the front desk about the WiFi and the assistant manager came up to our room to “help”. His idea of helping was telling myself and my family that iPhones suck and that’s why it isn’t working because his android phone works perfect. He then proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to connect to WiFi with my laptop and that’s why it doesn’t work even when I showed him that it was dropping signal he continued to say it was our phones and laptop not the internet. His main response was “see see it works on my android phone just fine”. Also the toilet continuously had issues flushing. We had people next to us with kids that jumping around and banging on the walls the entire day until late in the night. Several items falling apart in the room it clearly shows the lack of caring for the property.
