What can we say about our stay at the Creston Villa Guest House. Iain and Anna are wonderful, welcoming hosts and your comfort is their main priority, with nothing being too much trouble. Would certainly recommend this B & B. Will definitely be booking a stay here again next year. Thank you for your hospitality see you soon.

Attention to detail and very friendly. Get the impression that customer service and hospitality is a labour of love! Like the props in the room which gave it a homely feel and sunny aspect through a large bay window. While parking was reliant on finding street parking, this did not pose any problem.

What a find😁from the moment we arrived to the moment we left made to feel at home. It was the extra touches that made the difference. The honesty bar was greatly appreciated after a long day The bed was really comfy and I loved the quirky room. Anna your Oat biscuits were to die for 👍

We stayed for three nights and really felt like home. Hosts Anna and Iain are so lovely and reassuring that they are on hand should you ever have a query. Rooms are so clean and fresh and beds so comfortable. Breakfast is a very friendly atmosphere with a wonderful range for continental and Anna homemade oat cakes are out of this world.

An amazing experience as always. We have visited this beautiful guest house numerous times and never disappoint. We find it to be in a great location for the City and surrounding areas. Rooms are well equipped with everything you could ever wish for. Hosts Anna and Iain are so accommodating and friendly.

Amazing hospitality in a small, unique B&B run by friendly hosts. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Our room was spacious and clean and it was well located for exploring Lincoln with nice restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast set us up for the day

Over the last few years we have visited Lincoln quite regularly and stayed at Creston Villa on each occasion. We have never been disappointed in any way, shape or form. Everything is always of the highest order. You can book without fear of what am I going to find there. To sum up in one word EXCELLENCE.

Had a wonderful stay. The bed was really comfy and the continental breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, home made cookies and jam and a cheese and meat selection. There is a lovely outdoor area and a selection of alcoholic and soft beverages to purchase at a very reasonable price. Anne and Ian were the perfect hosts and a pleasure to meet.

Have stayed at the Creston on a number of occasions Iain & Anna ( proprietors) never fail to provide a welcoming home from home service Well furnished rooms, bathroom/ showers ensuite very clean throughout An excellent varied continental type breakfast Nothing is too much trouble for the guests Would definitely be staying again
