El mantenimiento de los departamentos deja mucho que desear... Tuberías atoradas, baños sucios, sillones con manchas, termas en pésimo estado (una vez explotó causando daños personales), presencia de insectos, mamparas de vidrio en las duchas qué se descuelgan por deterioro, refrigeradoras qué no enfrían. A pesar de nuestras reclamaciones, nos recomendaron cambiar de empresa de servicios de hospedaje. Qué clase de equipo de ventas sugiere algo así a sus clientes?
