A great central location and nice staff. However my room stank of sewage, the room phone didn't work, and I had to carry my luggage up three floors. In the mornings I woke up to the smell of bacon and toast (depends on the person whether you enjoy it or not. I didn't.)

Very Nice and helpfull staff. Nice breakfast with a lot of chips Very clean room In the center of the “ veille ville” On Place Rihour was x- mas very Nice to see…. I would recommend this hotel to friends

We went for a short city break and absolutely loved it. Lille is a beautiful place and hotel Kanai is perfectly situated in the centre of the city. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast selection topped it off.

very small bathroom, very noisy good breakfast for a fair price. you have to wait for juices, only one can good bed. parking outside the hotel, very small places, no possibility to charge an electric vehicle.

The Hotel Kanai is a very comfortable hotel in a perfect location. We gad a great view from our large room. The staff was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Having a place to park in a garage was fantastic. The breakfast gave us enough choices that we had what we liked. We recommend the hotel when visiting Lille

The walls are thin so you can listen to the people walking and talking upstairs of your room, and the floor creaks.

We were a group of 3 couples and we all found the bathrooms very cold, bathrooms should be the warmest room as that is where you dress and undress, also the shower in my room was rubbish, no water pressure because the shower head was badly clogged, also the toilet seat was loose, all easily fixed but shown lack of maintenance. Location was great and all staff very friendly. Would I stay here again, only if they put heating in the bathroom .

The receptionist was really kind, good service and nice room. The hotel is situated in the center, near everything you need to see and near the shops. I really recommand this hotel for a short stay in Lille !

Very friendly staff and helpful. We were given another room when there was an issue with the air-conditioning. Our room was clean, everything there we needed and the hotel location was perfect; so close to all we wanted to see in beautiful Lille. Would definitely recommend.
