Let's see. When we got there, before 11pm, nobody was at the service desk. There's a number on the door that you can call, but no one answers that. There's also a bell you can ring, but, you guessed it... nobody answers that. Now I'm knocking on the door, still no one answers. Mind you I have a non refundable reservation. In the mean time 2 more couples have arrived. Now you got all 6 of us walking around the building knocking on anything that we think would help. After about 45 minutes of that someone finally comes to the door. Everyone goes inside where we the guest start trying to check ourselves in because the guy who answered the door doesn't speak any English, also doesn't know how to check us in. After about 90 minutes the hotel "manager" finally picks up his phone. Says he'll be there in 15 minutes. We get to our room and as soon as I started my blow dryer the electric in our room goes out. Okay they just need to reset the breaker. Good luck getting a hold of anybody. Called about 10 times thru out the night. Finally at noon the next day, the manager from last night knocks on the door to inform me check out was a hour ago. I told him about not having any electricity this whole stay. He looked confused so I mentioned maybe discounting a second night for me. He said he couldn't do anything like that for me. I shut the door in his face after wanting to hit him. He tried to run my card for the full price of another night. They didn't get it and I took 2 hours to get out.
