Bed spread was stained and sheets very wrinkled and dingy. furnishings were stained and ratty. We actually left and booked somewhere else. Didn't feel safe.

The elevator had same trash om Tuesday as it did Wednesday. Pool closed -- no indication of this on any website

No deposit and fast check in. Only the person booking the room needs to show id. Simple and filling breakfast.

We stayed in this property a year ago and it was a good economy option. This time the view of the river was obstructed with homeless camps. There was a hallway shouting match with capital crimes threatened at 3 in the morning. Second year the pool was not usable. Too bad because the beds are really comfortable and access to riverside park is right there.

Pool was down for repairs which was not disclosed when I booked. LOUD guests jumping on the floor above us until 2am. Breakfast pictures showed a waffle maker which they did not have.

Hot tub and pool were broken, clerk was super rude and scummy. We went to Holiday inn down the street and we're much happier. Total hassle to get a refund. Would not stay there ever.

The staff was more than accommodating...otherwise rooms a bit date. The maintenance technician was the true shining star though

Great spot for the night. Staff friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area, spots to eat, visit. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom.
