I stayed for 2 nights in Willys accommodation which was located pretty far from the lobby and car park and could only be reached with hotel’s shuttle.
I had two major problems:
1. The receptionist gave me a wrong room. There was other guest’s belongings once I opened the door, and it took more than 30 minutes for me to get another room.
2. On day 2, my keys (yes, i asked for two keys, just in case), did not work. Another 30 minutes wasted waiting for another key being delivered to my room. They said the key i had, had not been updated.
I would suggest the hotel management to provide housekeeping nearby the accomodation as it located far (or probably remote).
Despite the service, the location was pretty good with a splendid scenery.
So anyone thinking to stay in the hotel, be prepared to face similar case with mine if the hotelmanagement did not improve. Cheers
