This is the definition of 'bare minimum to pass muster'. The room is very basic, it has most things - a small fridge, a cooker (really old - hot plates), a small extractor, a sink. The bathroom has a shower, but the shower head is caked with limescale - and the mechanism is broken so it doesn't quiet stay. The hand wash is like leftover bubble gum. The walls are thin, there is noise, and the day I went it was very very hot, I suspect it will be very very cold in the winters. There was no fan. There was a TV, made by Polaroid - which went out of business in 2001 so some dodgy company uses the logo. Anyway, the TV didn't turn on. The bed linen was clean, the cupboard was the flimsiest flatpack. I couldn't see any employee, even in the times they were supposed to be there. Overall, the location (in Leuven) was okay, but will I stay there again - no. Did it have everything it said - yes (almost), but it was trying very hard to achieve the minimum possible.

Having read reviews of the property I was a little skeptical about the condition of the property but was pleasantly surprised about how good it was. Very clean, nice clean sheets and towels and lots of room. My only complaints (minor) were that I was I found the apartment cold (could only find one working heater) and that in the bedroom I used there was only one power outlet. All in all I would stay here again and loved how close it was to everything I needed. Excellent value for money.

Decent place for a stay. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. Toilet had a very weak flush, and the cleaners had not cleaned the toilet. There was a bit of mold in the shower and bathroom ceiling, but it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. The room itself was clean and decently large. There was a couple of teabags and sachets of instant coffee.

God lille lejlighed in bycentrum med kökken og bad. Ikke luksus, men fint for et par dage og alle pengene värd.
