What an absolutely amazing week we had at this hotel. Run by a lovely family who were super nice and welcoming. The hotel was awesome, the location was perfect and the views of Mont Blanc over breakfast were breathtaking.
This was a summer trip but it would be a perfect location to get to the Chamonix valley for skiing.
Our room was great, breakfast was just what we needed and the tartefflete was out of this world.
Great spa too, my partner and I had a couple of relaxing sessions in there.
Book with confidence and enjoy your stay. If you love dogs, you'll also get your furball cuddles in.

Overpriced, no working wifi, high way-noise and no A/C. Staff was very friendly and pancakes for breakfast.

We stayed there for 1 night with two kids, 7 and 9 yo, in August 2021. Upsides: excellent value for money, restaurant is very good, decoration is very nice, hotel is very well equiped (pool, sauna, hamman, playing room for kids, mini cinema, video games for kids while waiting for the meal), managers are very friendly and helpful, terrace has a great view on the mountains, breakfast is very good Downsides: hotel is very close to the highway so you can hear and smell it

Que dire ? C'est vraiment bien pour les adultes et c'est le paradis pour les enfants. Ne pas se fier aux avis négatifs d'avant 2020 : il y a eu un changement de direction et depuis c'est parfait. Tranquille, ne pas se soucier de la route proche : on entend rien. Propre, bien aménagé, accueil très sympathique. On se sent comme chez soi. Sauna et piscine pour les grands, salle de jeux et espace ludique extérieur pour les petits. Petit déjeuner bon et complet. Restaurant extrêmement bon : cuisine locale familiale. N'hésitez pas à goûter les Bougnettes, surtout celles à l'écorce de sapin, c'est un délice. Notre petit-fils de 9 ans ne parle que de cet hôtel lorsqu'on lui demande de raconter son séjour à Chamonix, aiguille du midi et grotte de glace. Vraiment très bien.

Pas mal pour un 3 étoiles et pas trop cher si vous avez des enfants étant donné qu’il y a une piscine et salle de jeu.. En revanche le personnel et la gérante de cet hôtel rende l’atmosphère très désagréable Nous avons essayé de manger dans le restaurant et nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant d’être accueilli alors que nous avions réservé Le repas était passable Je déconseille. Un grand manque de professionnalisme dans le personnel De plus, nous avons dû nous battre pour obtenir un peu de chauffage dans notre chambre!! Je ne reviendrai plus jamais et je ne vous conseil pas

5 jours au top. Très bel établissement, accueillant, chaleureux, personnel formidable, aux petits soins. Équipe (famille !) vraiment attachante. Mention spéciale pour le guide de haute montagne, Charly 😉. Je recommande et nous reviendrons !!

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié : la vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc depuis notre chambre, l'espace wellness, le buffet des petits-déjeuners très variés, la disponibilité de la personne qui nous a enregistrés le premier jour et nous a donné de nombreux renseignements et astuces pour faciliter notre séjour.
Le seul point negatif était la chaleur dans la chambre la nuit même la fenetre ouverte et volets fermés, mais il est vrai qu'il a fait particulièrement chaud cette année
