L'hotel està en molt bona ubicació, a 5 minuts caminant del centre. La neteja de les habitacions es fa diàriament. Tot i que l'hotel disposa d'aparcament vam aparcar al parking públic que hi ha just al davant (3'5€/nit). El llit ens ha semblat força còmode.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

El hotel está impecable de limpio, las habitaciones también perfectas, se puede alojar una persona a gusto la verdad. El parking es horrible, pequeño, anguloso, con unas rampas interiores complicadas, casi rozamos en las paredes. Pero lo más desagradable el señor de recepción, te explica las normas del parking con una prepotencia y una soberbia que hacía tiempo que no veía. Luego dicen que Andorra cuida el catalán en los establecimientos, pues la chica jovencita de recepción nos cambió al castellano al hablarle en catalán.

Pero lo más desagradable el señor calvo gordito, te explica las normas del parking con una prepotencia y una soberbia que hacía tiempo que no veía. Hotel muy agradable, sencillo, perfecto para escapada de fin de semana. Camas, almohadas, ropa de cama y toallas perfectas... habitación triple muy bien de tamaño. Desayuno rico, no es un gran buffet pero muy bien y con café súper bueno. Muy recomendable. Personal muy agradable.

Cómodo, habitacion espaciosa y confortable, exterior y con vistas. Trato amable del personal. Te ofrecen la posibilidad de aparcar en el parquing municipal a mitad de prescio, y visto el negocio que tiene el gobierno con las zonas azules, es de agradecer. cerca del cdentro pero fuera del follón...perfecto para pasar unos dias en Escaldes.

Para lo caro que es el parquing del hotel, el espacio es diminuto, podriamos ser un poco mas justos calidad-precio. Para aparcar ahi te sale mas a cuenta aparcar fuera y dejar los (esquis, en caso de ir a esquiar) dentro de el hotel en una habitación especial.

El hotel es correcto. No tiene nada especial. Las camas son flojas, tirando a poco cómodas. Hace falta alguna almohada más mullida, son muy finas de usadas que están. No pasamos frío pero calor tampoco. No hacía buen estar, ambiente poco acogedor. La calefacción funciona raro. La bañera de la época de piedra y poco accesible. Contratamos 'habitación con vistas' y las vistas eran una pared de piedra fea, un timo. Es la segunda vez que estamos y no repetiremos.
