All good, location, cleanliness, etc only issue they couldn’t provide complimentary toothpaste or had any for sale on the little store next to reception. :( something so basic

We enjoy staying at this hotel. Is very close to UTSA, rooms a spacious and comfortable beds.
What we did not like was that our restroom door could not close. I called the front desk and we were told that they did not have an engineer to fix it at night. Do you need an engineer to fix a door?
We needed to wait until the next day, but we were leaving the next day.
Also, one of the wall by the thermostat had a running stain of food splattered 😬.
Would I return? Probably, I like the overall property, but I will check everything before unpacking my luggage and notify the front desk immediately.

This was the best hotel i’ve stayed in, in a long time. It was clean, the vibe was refreshing. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is nice, the decor is fun, and bar area is nice. My three star rating is all about the bathroom.
ONLY warm water comes out of the sink, and we don’t like brushing our teeth with warm water!
The wall next to the sink is splattered with other people’s toothpaste spit.
There was no toilet paper in our room when we got there. We called the front desk to request some, and were told we could either come get it, or wait awhile because they were busy.
Also the towels were very rough and cheap texture.
