Nice property in a good location, but there are a couple of issues.
The beds are two distinct beds, so even when put together, you can’t really sleep together.
Amenities in the bathrooms are poor - no conditioner for example.
Spa is nice but only opened from 1400, which is a shame.
Front desk is poor, having forgotten to book a vital taxi for us to the train station.

The hotel itself is in a great location and has a fantastic view. The spa and gym are wonderful as is the food for breakfast. The rooms are basic but the beds are distinctly seperate beds, so even when placed together, it does not make for comfortable sleep as a couple. The bathrooms lack basic amenities like conditioner, which was odd. Most upsetting, the hotel had organised a taxi to the train station early on the morning of our departure and they simply forgot, which caused a lot of stress. It’s still a good hotel but I would probably check elsewhere first before returning.

It was very nice looked after hotels, some parts are a little dated but other were refurbished and very modern. Comfortable bed. Nice spa experience, lovely garden, good central location. Only negative remark is that housekeeping team started cleaning spa before it closed there felt a little unwelcome there.

Very nice hotel, except for the very thin walls and doors, You can literally hear the person breathing in the next room. I left this hotel more tired than when I arrived. Very disappointing. The main reason I book a hotel is to be able to sleep at night.

Overpriced and disappointing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the wellness area and bar/restaurant was nice and modern. But the rest of the common areas and one of our bedrooms (we had a linked 2-bed accommodation as we are a family with 2 children) was tired and the cleanliness was lacking. The internet photos didn’t tell the whole story and we therefore feel that we paid well over the odds for what we would expect of a 4-star hotel.

Very happy to have spent the week end in Crans-montana at Art de Vivre. We received a warm Welcome at Check in and the staff was very friendly. Many facilities are available in and out the structure and it is 5 minuts from Golf club. Simone
