They really need to allow delivery to your room. Horrible that i have to come to reception to get a delivery.

It’s a good place to stay short term. The blanket on the bed was quite thin but I found an extra blanket in the drawer of the dresser, and the pillows were small and harder than I like so woke with a bit of a sore neck, but overall room was good.

The hotel is clean and shuttle to airport provided The new restaurant has good food and service and reasonable prices Was used to getting upgrades and vip packages of water and a snack but none of that was offered Never stay long enough for the breakfast as i flights require us to be at airport before that That’s where at least a muffin and a piece of fruit would be nice

My flights were cancelled due to a snow storm and the radisson would not cancel nor refund my booking.

Room was spacious and I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The hotel restaurant was horrible and when you are stuck without a car I had to order from outside which was expensive. Food was always cold with no taste. Need to get a new chef.

Our flight was cancelled late Chris**as night. It was very important that we had food in the hotel if possible. We called this hotel and obviously we got another hotel affiliated with this one. They said we had a restaurant open until 12 pm. There was not a restaurant open until 12am and the desk clerk was not a bit helpful to what happened. Nor did he care.
