The room faced front street which was nice. Sm balcony off bedroom. Was quiet and spacious room. 3 flights of stairs. Not so good. Everything else was great

The Inn is located in the centre of the town. It’s quiet and convenient. However, the rooms are very small. The door of the bathroom is a sliding door, and it can't be closed completely. This is the only annoying part.

Beautiful location overlooking the river. It was not made clear that it was away from town but it should have been obvious when the “hotel” is not on the river. Only a short 5 min drive though.
No recycling, shower leaked and can’t control heat in individual units. None of these were a huge deal though and would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good amenities. Just very loud, not really much the hotel can do but in general people need to be more considerate of others - ex don’t slam doors and don’t have your TV turned up super loud. We will stay at an airbnb in future, avoiding the issue of noise, but if you like hotels this is otherwise a good one!

We had a great time. Nice, clean room. Right in the middle of downtown Leavenworth. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well done, Obertal!
Would stay again.
Only (minor) complaint was a lack of parking. The lot fills up and street parking nearby is expensive.

It’s shows in very small lines that some of their rooms are far away from town. I was expecting a room into town and when they call me my room was more than a mile in car.

We had such a great stay at this property. The location was absolutely perfect and super walkable. It was nice to have a central location to go and relax and leave the cars so we could park and go explore town. The breakfast was a nice touch and staff were all super friendly. The only note is the parking lot is quite small and can be hard to maneuver depending on your vehicle size.

Exceptional staff, facility and location. Room modernized yet kept the quaint theme. Breakfast options included were all delicious. Room layout included a dedicated sitting space, with 2 chairs, ottoman, electric fireplace with a LARGE flat screen above. Sitting area was intimate since the chair backs faced the super comfortable king sized bed and bath area. Will stay here on our next trip.
