Pretty unpleasant when making our reservation to start with and the tone didn't change much during our stay. It felt like everything we asked was too much. The rooms are dated and nothing special. Luckily our bathroom was modernized. Check-out is at 11am and they make sure about it. The only reason we stayed here was because we wanted to stay in the same hotel as our friends but I definitely won't go back there.

We loved this hotel, its charm, unique character and friendly staff, and with an excellent location in Bormes. It’s probably not for everyone, and about as far from luxurious as you get, but our room (#2) was comfortable, clean, with a wonderful, spacious bathroom and with a beautiful view. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys the adventurous and who can laugh at life’s little quirks.

Run-down and not at all pleasant. Do not stay in room five, which is supposed to be a superior room. Torn curtains, bad smell and moldy bathroom. The restaurant is supposed to be gourmet, but we found the food to be tasteless and expensive. The only good things were location and pleasant staff.

Great Location, good room with wonderful view. quiet in the room at night. Good pool, food excellent. Shower was very poor and difficult to use, and shower curtain inadequate. Floor in the room was very dirty, your feet dirty after walking across the room.

It was unfortunate that the hotel had no hot water the morning I woke up,but these things happen,they gave breakfast free as a result which was a nice gesture.Friendly staff,good location.

Accueil par l’équipe du petit dej très désagréable (hormis la responsable), pas de Clim dans notre chambre en plein mois d’août, literie de mauvaise qualité. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel (la partie restaurant reste cependant satisfaisante).

Très décevant, commençons par l’acceuil: pas d’accueil digne d’un hôtel 3*. Appel à 19h en nous disant que la réceptionniste sera au restaurant jusqu’à 23h30. Chambre N5 à fuir. Très bruyant surtout quand les employés s’amuse dans le hall d’accueils à 23h et qu’on nous répond ça va on est entrain de fermer sans aucune excuse. La salle de bain pas de douche juste une baignoire et pas de rideaux ou de porte vitrée l’avantage c’est que vous pouvez vous rincer les pieds en sortant de la baignoire vu la quantité d’eau sur le sol. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain inutilisable après une douche ou alors il faut utiliser une serviette avant pour éponger. La piscine était sale. Le petit déjeuner ça va assez de choix mais pas non plus le meilleur petit déjeuner ( premier matin œuf Baccon par contre le lendemain il n’y en a pas …).Le seul point positif de cette chambre se trouve à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour la vue et la beauté du village. A savoir comment cette hôtel a pu avoir 3*…. !
