Hotel Bella Lazise

酒店本身還不錯，很適合家庭出遊，帶兩個孩子也可以住上下鋪。停車很方便，復活節假期滿院子都是德國瑞士和奧地利的車，都是一家子來渡假的。酒店早餐還可以，種類比較多。就是無線網太差了，讓人想起當年56k撥號上網的貓兒速了！

Great place to stay , friendly helpful staff.can’t do enough for you, an ideal base to venture out and explore the south of lake Garda,we really enjoyed our stay here, great facilities, outdoor and indoor pool.

A lovely friendly hotel with all the basic comforts you need. Mix of European clientele, rooms, pool and breakfast all a good standard. Staff all helpful too. Set in countryside 1km walk into Lazise centre

Nice hotel within walking distance(15 to 20 mins) to Lazise. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and are always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel and pool is nice and big with lots of beds available. Pool bar serves food during the day which is of good quality.

We stayed for a week at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful holiday. The rooms are clean and spacious ( bring a variety of adapters as they have narrow 2 pin plugs) and the bedding and towels are excellent quality. We found the bed very comfortable too. The pool area is perfect. We often went down at around 11am during the second week of July to find empty sun beds and parasols. There was no reserving of sun beds when we went which was a lovely change! The breakfast was varied and plentiful and the staff are quick to replace everything. The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the lake front and a 5 minute walk from a couple of restaurants. Lazise is beautiful so is Bardolino and Sirmione. The best thing about the hotel though, is the reception team. We must have stayed in over 150 hotels over the last 30 years and we can’t remember more helpful people. Our daughter was moving into a student house and I was a guarantor whilst we were away and they helped download and print off various documents. They also rang a tour company which we had booked with online to arrange an early morning pick up outside the hotel driveway so we didn’t need to walk into town at 7am and they also kept us calm when Jet2 were 20 minutes late picking us up for the drive back to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and are so pleased we stayed with you. 😊

DOES Not cater for British guests. we were made to feel quite unwelcome. We stayed for 2 week . Id saved up for over a year and expected something a bit special. Luckily lake garda could never fail to be something special, but the hotel was a let down. The Room was sparsly furnished with not enough draws or furniture to unpack 2 suitcases. We kept on asking the reception staff for our TV to be looked at as it didn't always work. Air con kept going off but this was fixed ok but TV wasnt fixed, I asked for a loan of an iron which we never got, .ost hotels ha e them as standard. Small things but you were made to feel a nuisance if you asked for anything. Although one lovely lady at reception gladly opened bottle of wine for us and cheerfully! ,which made all the difference. There is no where on the site you can get something to eat past the closing time if the pool cafe (about 6) I asked for the sauna to be switched on so I could use it but it wasn't switched on , I was told tby staff they would ask their manager if it could be switched on but it wasn't. The next morning I asked about it again and I was told I should have asked again which isn't very good customer service. I've I said earlier, English were made to feel quite unwelcome. in the avertisement the hotel boast a spa. The hotel is at least half a mile from the main road. Something that IS NOT highlighted. There is no shuttle bus service, so if you have poor mobility your not going to be able to leave the hotel unless you pay for taxi. There is very limited taxi services avaible in the area. The dust road to the hotel is dangerously uneven and unlit. Because the hotel is quite rural there is no street lighting. Every morning you are reminded by reception that you owe tax Which is not highlighted in the jet 2 brochure and SOME of the reception staff are quite bossy reminding you about it EVERYDAY!!! As if paying more to stay in this very basic hotel wasn't an insult enough. We wondered how the hotel got 4 * because there are. Ery few facilities at the hotel. The bar area is a counter about 4 ft long with some drinks behind it and the reception area has about 10 communal seats in it. There is no a**osphere and no friendly relaxing ambiance. one couple we spoke to couldn't wait to go home. I'm not that unhappy here as i love the area and lake and i would come back to kake garda againand again. I always en joy my holidays and nake the best of them . I work hard for them.. but I wouldn't come to this hotel again. It would e nice if people remembered how hard us Brits have to work to visit . The mist pleasant and hospitable staff I've met in the hotel are the wonderful cleaning team who met us dIly with a smile .

This hotel is not suitable for people with no car and unable to walk long distance (down and up a s steep incline into Lazise. Hotel very nice but it would definitely benefit from having a courtesy bus into Lazise. We had to use taxis when they were available. Only one taxi in Lazise and two in Bardolino made it a challenge so we’re stuck in hotel with little in the way of facilities for a lot of time. Back to Bardolino next year. Worst holiday experience in Italy in 30 years

Absolutely first class hotel. Staff were excellent as were the facilities and the breakfast. The walk into the town can be tiresome, especially in the heat we experienced (90c) however at least this will be a holiday stay whereby you won’t put on any weight ! Would 100% recommend
