Hotel Le Chamois

Rooms are very comfortable and the Hotel is near the train station,the price is very honest,i had a very good stay

Awful hotel. On arrival met by sour faced owners who watch your every move, and micro manage their staff, so painful to watch. Paid 200 CHF a night for a 'superior' room (they make up the prices - had no correlation to what I had already reserved). A 'superior' means you have a balcony looking on to the main road and are kept up by traffic and people shouting all night Wiring - hardly any sockets and very dodgy wiring system in room - not safe bathroom - constant noise of flushing water Wardrobe - smelled really musty could not hang clothes in there Single beds - it was advertised as a double twin. What it really is, is 2 camp beds pushed together - I had terrible back pain throughout my stay. The single beds are so small even a child would struggle Breakfast - extremely basic, the only saving grace was a coffee machine, the rest tastes like its from a petrol station Parking - 'free parking' but only room for 10 cars. need to park far away, lug bags, ski stuff Bar - had wanted a nice après ski hot chocolate or beer, bar is dead and dark, what a missed trick. The tightness of the owners of this hotel and the unpleasantness in which they deliver it beggars belief. Any joy or customer service has long since left this place. I feel sorry for them that at some point they lost their purpose, as this hotel is truly awful. The coldness is felt from top down. This hotel is stuck in a time warp and needs a complete overhaul and management change. it completely ruined my holiday.

Stayed for three nights in June with a tour group. Staff was helpful and pleasant, rooms were decent (although understandably a little spartan since this is essentially a ski-lodge). The in-house restaurant was convenient and decent, with a nice outside terrace to enjoy. The scenery is spectacular! Would love to return in winter.

De l’accueil en passant par les chambres, l’emplacement, la vue et le service, tout dans cet hôtel est de haut niveau. Mention très bien pour le geste commercial que l’on m’a accordé quand c’est moi qui m’étais trompé sur les dates de réservations, Merci mr Oreiller. Bien situé, places de parc, local pour les skis, personnel sympa, souper pour notre groupe excellent, buffet petit déjeuner avec un peu de tout charcuterie, fromage, jus, œufs, chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon,

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits avec grand plaisir à l'hôtel Le Chamois. Très bonne literie, petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, personnel serviable et souriant. Bien situé dans le village. Nous y retournons ! Merci encore au patron !

Parfait en tout point, le cadre, la chambre, le spa,... Et surtout le plus essentiel, énormément de gentillesse de la part de l'ensemble du personnel hôtelier et en particulier, Oscar, avec sa belle sincérité remarquable ! A recommander sans hésitation !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le personnel était accueillant, la chambre disposait d’une belle vue, avec une literie de qualité. Le mobilier était authentique sans être vieillissant. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Je n’ai rien à reprocher donc je recommande !

Ci sono stato diversi anni fa, in occasione di un meeting internazionale organizzato dalla ditta per la quale lavoravo. L'hotel mi era sembrato di buona qualità. Ricordo che non lontano vi era un campo di curling, dove andavamo spesso a giocare.
