We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location is convenient as you just have to cross the nearby bridge to get to the old town on foot. Service is friendly and efficient. One disappoin**ent is that the property has extremely limited parking and we had to park at a nearby public parking lot. This was not what we expected. Breakfast has plenty of options in a well assorted buffet. Lots of good options. Our room was overlooking the back of the building and was fairly quiet.

Very nicely located with all Albi’s beautiful sights a short walk away. The Hotel is no-frills. clean and comfortable. Easy parking and check in/check out were flawless. The hotel personnel were professional, and friendly. I would gladly stay there again.

The hôtel is very clean. Not far from the center town. Breakfast is good and fresh. Hôtel is old style but very well maintained. The only point is soundproofing between rooms which is a little weak...

Rooms are very cold in winter the temperature sensor is just below the blower. It mesure the temperature of the air flow instead of the temperature of the room. It is not possible to increase the requested temperature because it is limited by the system.

Good choice for an overnight stop. Managed to top up battery on my PHEV. Hotel manages to everything competently. Receptionist on arrival was very helpful.

After I checked in, I was told that there was no internet. It wasn’t a temporary outage but rather a “problem “. I ultimately decided that I would leave. I have asked for a refund.

Lit confortable avec de très bon oreillers. La chambre inclut un petit frigo et une bouilloire. Chambre moins pratique pour 2 personnes car plutôt pensée pour un voyageur seul (une seule chaise, 2 cintres et aucun rangement). Insonorisation limitée, surtout par rapport aux chambres situées au dessus. Salle de bain parfaitement rénovée, adaptée aux PMR; avec les avantages et les inconvénients. Présence appréciable d’un sèche-serviettes. Petit-déjeuner correct. Parking gratuit à proximité (La Poste)

Hôtel idéalement situé par rapport à la cathédrale, tout près, on peut s'y rendre à pieds. Très peu de places sur le parking mais possibilité de se garer sur celui, gratuit, de la poste, à côté. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. Petit déjeuner: tarif correct par rapport aux propositions.
