You can tell the owners take pride in their property and this has got to be one of the nicest budget accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Las cruces is not the safest however this property is well-lit and has cameras.

Room was clean, everything worked, A/C & Htg unit worked great, continuous fan, exhaust fan in bathroom, shower was clean and shower head worked perfect, Stool seat was self closing. TV was nice, HBO & normal channels. Las Cruces does not have its own TV Station. The room was quite. Everyone that worked there was polite and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was good, better than most. We will stay here when we are in this area.

Everything about my stay was great—the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be back next time I’m in Las Cruces!

Very nice, clean, staff excellent, ok breakfast but similar to other motels on trip. Would stay again and was referred to us from friends that live nearby.

The hotel needs remodeling. The lamps didn't work well, the elevator and exit were scratched. Chipped paint in the room and hallways. The free breakfast wasn't worth it. Found a hair in the tub and drawers didn't close all the way (we didn't need it anyway).

We chose this hotel because of how close it is to our friends' home. We found it to be quite convenient to many other places, too. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
