Along this stretch of the beach, this hotel is of an international brand and 4 stars. Maybe about a year old and so everything still looks alright. Near to shops and eateries on the main road. Not crowded during off peak season. Can't compare with the popular Phuket, Bali, Pattaya, etc. Nothing much to do after sunset. The shopping centre infront has really nothing much inside.
You have to go the the cable car and mangrove cruise tour. As we don't swim or play sea sports, nothing much to do. Will not return to Langkawi.

點評分低果然有道理，且不説離海灘還有個距離，就衞生也是不敢恭維，枕頭裡麪好幾根頭髮，表面也很臟，有圖為證，房間一股臭味，然後靠空氣清新劑掩蓋，空氣清新劑理論上肯定對身體不好吧。一樓環境不錯，剛到的時候還以為有人惡意抹黑，住了一宿發現是真差。哦，窗子對面是個荒地，沒風景

房間採光和通風不是很好，蚊蟲聚集，孩子在房間被咬了一身包，又發燒了，去附近的診所看發燒，建議檢查登革熱，雖然並沒有感染。在前台反應後直接在房間噴灑了濃濃的葯水，以至於水杯裏都是葯水的味道.門窗開了一天都散不掉。位置還算不錯，真南商場走路5分鐘.早餐種類豐富，味道一言難盡.

房間有問題，反覆確認，工作人員跟我説每個房間都一樣。
第二天堅持換了房，果然新房間沒問題了。氣不過，走之前去理論，為什麼要對我撒謊，為什麼不第一時間給我換房，工作人員説，已經把我之前住的125房間block了，修好之前不會使用，對我的抱怨，衹是一句蒼白的sorry。
不開心的一天一夜。

Overall the checking in process was smooth but granted I arrived at 12 midnight. We were offered 2 welcome drinks per room (one for each guest) which was a nice touch although we had to wait for the bar to be open the next day. The cleanliness of the room was overall decent however I was put off by the sheer amount of ants that were in the toilet.. everytime I thought I drowned the lot, the next time I come back to the room there’s a new lot. The plumbing/drainage for the shower is also much to be desired. Please look into room 119, a single person showering floods the whole floor. Room 115 didn’t experience it so it’s a room to room basis issue I guess. Breakfast was nothing to shout about. The pool was nice and clean but the weirdest thing about this hotel were the haphazard signages. We were walking in circles at midnight trying to find room 119. Photos attached for reference. Please improve on that.. at the end we decided to use the stairs as it’s much faster to get to our room. On a positive note the staff were pleasant and helpful!

It is not a beachfront hotel and need to walk across the road and shop lots. Open parking and need to check in first and use the room key to tag into parking. If with children, please remind to mention room near the lift otherwise use staircase better. For shower, water pressure is good but it will be flooded and need to turn off the water and continue shower. Kids playroom not clean up, with mosquitoes, TV is not working and not much games. Room view, face parking means face the bus parking area at the back of kampong area, instead cenang beach / hotel parking area, view, just take note when booking to avoid disappointment.
For hotel staff, they are helpful and friendly. Hotel provides umbrella when raining. Swimming pool well maintained and with music all days.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Hotel is new and clean. Shower is powerful. Bed is huge and comfortable Hotel staff were polite, friendly and provided good service. Hotel is in very good location and lots of eateries in the vicinity.
