ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately.
The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.
If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue.

MMonitaDโดยรวมแล้วฉันมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก จนกระทั่งคืนสุดท้าย (คืนวันเสาร์) โรงแรมเต็มหมด เพราะมีชาวเวียดนามสุดโต่งมากันเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่ มีเด็กๆ ประมาณ 50 คน หลากหลายวัย (พวกเขามาฉลองวันเกิด) พวกเธอมาทำลายการนอนหลับของฉันตอนตี 5:40 น. แล้วก็มาอีกครั้ง (หลังจากที่ฉันบอกให้พวกเขาเงียบ) ตอนตี 7:40 น. ฉันเลยนอนไม่หลับอีก (ฉันทำงานถึงตี 1 และอยากนอนอย่างน้อยถึง 9:00 น.) 🤦🏼♀️
ลูกๆ ของพวกเขาวิ่งกรีดร้องกันตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่ เปิดประตูเข้าไปในห้อง พ่อแม่ตะโกนใส่กัน (คนไร้การศึกษาจากหมู่บ้านคุยกันไม่ค่อยออก) ได้ยินเสียงตอนปิดประตูดังมาก (เสียงนาฬิกาปลุกฉันเบาลงอีก)
คืนก่อนหน้านั้น พวกเขากำลังร้องคาราโอเกะกันในห้องประชุมข้างๆ ล็อบบี้บาร์ (ในอาคารหลัก) ฉันเลยได้ยินเสียงในห้องของฉันที่ชั้น 5
ฉันไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมฝ่ายบริหารโรงแรมถึงยอมให้กลุ่มใหญ่ๆ แบบนี้ ซึ่งแม้แต่แขกคนอื่นก็ยังไม่รู้จักเคารพแขกคนอื่น โดยเฉพาะในโรงแรม 5 ดาว มาพักที่โรงแรมแบรนด์ดังอย่าง Meliá
แขกท้องถิ่นพวกนั้นทำลายภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรม!
ฉันจ่ายเงินให้โรงแรม 5 ดาวเพื่อจะได้นอนหลับสบาย แต่ไม่อยากให้แขกคนอื่นมารบกวนตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน ซึ่งไม่มีมารยาทและไม่สอนลูกๆ ให้รู้จักมารยาทในสถานที่แบบนั้น
คำแนะนำของฉันสำหรับคนที่นอนหลับยากคือ หลีกเลี่ยงโรงแรมนี้ในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ เพราะคุณอาจจะนอนไม่หลับ
ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในเวียดนามมา 7 เดือนแล้ว (ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในโรงแรม 4-5 ดาว) และสังเกตเห็นว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติที่ชาวเวียดนามบางคนจะรวมกลุ่มกันทั้งหมู่บ้านแล้วจองโรงแรม 5 ดาวในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์เพื่อเฉลิมฉลอง
ฉันก็เจอปัญหาเดียวกันนี้ที่โรงแรม 4 ดาวที่ดีมากในฮอยอา ซึ่งฉันพักอยู่ 6 สัปดาห์ ทุกสุดสัปดาห์มันเป็นฝันร้ายสำหรับฉัน (ทั้งตอนกลางคืนและเช้าตรู่!)
ในด้านอื่นๆ หากคุณมาที่โคบิในช่วงวันธรรมดา ที่นี่คือโรงแรมที่วิเศษมาก!

พนักงานทําความสะอาดทุกวัน & ทิ้งน้ําจืด & ผลไม้ไว้ ตัวเลือกอาหารเช้ามีขนาดใหญ่และมี สถานีไข่ เพื่อให้ไข่ของคุณปรุงได้ตามใจชอบ ฉันสั่งอาหารเย็นไปที่ห้องของฉันในตอนเย็นและอาหารและบริการไร้ที่ติ หลักสูตรโยคะและไทเก็กฟรีเป็นโบนัสพิเศษ & ฉันมีโอกาสพายเรือคายัคในลากูนเป็นเวลา 2 ชั่วโมงซึ่งฟรีเช่นกัน หากฉันต้องการความช่วยเหลือฉันเพียงแค่ต้องส่งข้อความและได้รับการตอบกลับทันที ฉันยังขอเช็คเอาท์ในภายหลัง & ก็ไม่มีปัญหา พนักงานที่นี่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ถ้าพนักงานโรงแรมทุกคนเป็นแบบนี้!

FFangmeiอาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายและรสชาติดี นอกจากนี้ ร้านอาหารยังสามารถมองเห็นพื้นที่เว้ทั้งหมด ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้กับพระราชวังเว้ ในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ ชั้นล่างจะกลายเป็นบริเวณทางเท้าที่มีการแสดง แผงขายอาหาร ฯลฯ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือ WiFi ในห้องไม่ดีและจะตัดการเชื่อมต่อทันทีในตอนแรก อย่างไรก็ตาม หลังจากแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ซ่อมบำรุงก็ไปที่ห้องทันทีเพื่อติดตามผล (แม้ว่าการเชื่อมต่อจะยังถูกตัดการเชื่อมต่อเป็นครั้งคราวหลังการบำรุงรักษา) จะมีการเชื่อมต่ออีกครั้งโดยอัตโนมัติเร็วๆ นี้)

ผผู้เข้าพักHaving stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special.
The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

AAhmed yacineI had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home.
What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort.
Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

The bed was not very comfortable and sunk in when I sat down. I tried two rooms and both of them were this way. The saving grace was that staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early for a fair fee, but overall I don’t think I’d come back again.
