YYaredaifuyouจากการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวมาแล้วกว่าสิบประเทศ นี่คือโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยพักมา ไม่มีที่ไหนเทียบได้เลย ในราคาต่ำกว่า 200 หยวน คุณได้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ห้องน้ำมีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น ทำให้ไม่หนาวเลยเวลาอาบน้ำ ห้องพักถึงแม้จะไม่มีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น แต่ก็มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือประตูห้องน้ำโค้ง อาจลื่นได้ ต้องระวังด้วย อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ถึงแม้จะไม่หรูหรา แต่ก็มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยมและอารมณ์ดีมาก เขาถามด้วยว่าทำไมฉันถึงพักแค่คืนเดียว แต่ภาษาอังกฤษของฉันไม่ดีพอที่จะตอบได้ จริงๆ แล้วเป็นเพราะฉันต้องบินไปอีกประเทศในคืนถัดไป เลยจองไว้แค่คืนเดียว สรุปแล้ว ฉันขอแนะนำที่นี่อย่างยิ่ง

AAnn_1124ฉันลืมกังวลเรื่องรูปถ่ายห้องพัก ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ ที่ตั้งก็โอเค อยู่ในสวนสาธารณะของเมือง ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านอาหารที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในทาชเคนต์ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเป็นแบบท้องถิ่นและแบบตะวันตก ข้อดีคืออากาศที่นั่นแห้งมาก จมูกแห้ง คัน และมีเลือดออก น้ำผักผลไม้คั้นสดสำหรับมื้อเช้าทุกเช้าช่วยชีวิตได้จริง ๆ พนักงานบริการโรงแรมค่อนข้างกระตือรือร้น ห้องพักสะอาด มีกาแฟแคปซูล ILLY ในห้อง น้ำแร่ฟรี สิ่งเดียวที่เป็นคือรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรมระดับห้าดาว แย่มาก

Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

MMohisheykhI stayed at Shoxjahon Hotel as a solo traveler. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The location was good and convenient, though not perfect, but still easy to get around.
The service was average overall. Staff were polite but not very proactive. Amenities were also basic and could be improved, especially for longer stays.
Overall, it’s a decent option if cleanliness is your priority and you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay.

KKsenia KEПотрясающей чистоты номера, очень грамотно оснащены всем необходимым (даже пилочка для ногтей, нитки с иголкой были в наличии) как в бытовом смысле, так и техническом. Отель открыл свои двери совсем недавно, но уже держит высокую планку. Хороший матрац - высыпались каждую ночь. Единственное, попросили дополнительное одеяло, администратор без проблем решил вопрос в считанные минуты. Интересный унитаз. Тепло.
Есть тренажерный зал, который работает 24/7.
Разнообразное и вкусное меню на завтрак.
Цена на бронирование была шикарна. Хранение багажа бесплатное.
Остались очень довольны выбором именно этой гостиницы в Ташкенте.

ผผู้เข้าพักI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

ผผู้เข้าพักพนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก ตอบทุกคำถามที่ถามไป... ทำเลดี ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน สถานีรถบัส และสถานีรถไฟ มีรถเมล์จากสนามบินมาถึงด้วย... ห้องสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีสระว่ายน้ำและโซนสูบบุหรี่ด้วย... ราคาสมเหตุสมผล อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟต์ฟรี ตรงเวลาและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พักที่นี่สามวัน อาหารเช้าก็มีเมนูที่แตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละวัน คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไปจริงๆ! มีที่จอดรถด้วย

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.

The common areas are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is relaxed and inviting. I also found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and efficient.
One minor area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from a bit more variety. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as there are many nearby dining options to explore.
Overall, I would highly recommend Retro Palace to travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced accommodation. The combination of friendly service, convenient location, and unique design makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
