It's a very nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful location. The room was very quiet, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby.
I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — very close to the White House, with plenty of restaurants nearby. What I really appreciated was the daily cleaning service, which was always done thoroughly.
The restaurant on the first floor was also impressive, with food and service comparable to a fine-dining restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.
If I visit Washington again, I will definitely stay here again.
The room didn't have a bathtub.
The room was big and seemed clean.
I wish they'd give us more stuff. There wasn't even a bottle of water (wonder if that's how it is everywhere in the US?)
The lights were kinda dim at night, and it could use some more.
The breakfast was yummy!
I love that there were convenient stores like Walgreens and CVS very close by, and they're open until 11 pm.
Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration.
Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines.
Generally very good value hotel.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is not your typical dimension but it was clean and the mattress + pillows are one of the best I have slept on. The location was good as it was close to Metro, White House, Lincoln memorial, and Georgetown (walking around 20 mins). There is also a Metro station close by. However, it’s far away from the convention center though, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to get there.
The one suggestion I have is to provide kettle for hot water in the room as well as bottle waters. Most of the reception reps are very helpful and cheerful, only the grave yard shift reception lady is not in a good mood (I know it’s grave yard shift…but). The elevator needs some improvement as well since it’s very slow… (I’m not sure it’s because of the elevator manufacturer or because of the old building).
ผผู้เข้าพักOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.
CChristianI arrived a bit earlier, but my room was not ready. Okay, I can understand that.
Going to the bell desk they tell me I need to pay when I get my luggage. Once I got my luggage, no one asked me to pay.
I had a breakfast included but was leaving too early: of course, they do not provide lunch boxes, although they do sell them.
The service is rather bad for a 300$ room.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood hotel. The location was ideal for us, a walk away from a lot of the tourist attractions. There was a lot of homeless and I wouldnt have liked to have been out late We choose the hotel because of the outdoor pool. We managed to get in it but it is very small (6 people is a squish). Comfy bed. The breakfast was good. There were queues but the signs tell you when the quieter times are - so we were fine. I would stay again
AAdam WilliamThe Yotel Hotel is one that provides comfort, access to the National Mall, quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. During the one night I stayed at the hotel, there was an unexpected $35 check-in fee which was not disclosed when Trip.com advertised the accommodation. That fee may be communicated if you choose to book on the hotel's website. Would certainly stay there again on my next visit to the Nation's capital.
